Abe Lincoln set the precident of a president ignoring the constitution. Everything Bush did, was based on Lincoln. Lincoln set budgets and spent money without the approval of Congress. He ordered the suspention of the right to trial and imprisioned thousands without trial. It can also be argued that the way he handled the politics caused the war.

I guess that means you are a Bush supporter eh?

Actually, if you just looked at my post, you'd see I chose Abe arbitrarily. Based on the 'Fine, just to be on topic' and the 'uhh....' and finally, the 'There'.
I just chose Abe because he was the first who came to mind.

Way to call out something that wasn't there, though.
