Bio: As far back as Lucia can remember, his people have been persecuted by the Church, under the pretense that SoulWeaving was a demonic art, worthy to be banished from the earth. One day, when cornered by 10 soldiers, and having no elemental to draw on, he fell back, clawing at the air, hoping for something to save him. suddenly, his arm passed through the very air, disappearing and drawing him with it. He fell through to a peaceful world, where there were no soldiers. He stared at what he had done. He had the ability to find the seams between the worlds and cross through them! He heard of Lord Shannow taking on the Authority, the name in which the Church did all these evils. Lucia set out to find Lord Shannow and join his army. All his life, Lucia has been struck down.
It's time for him to strike back.

Physical Description: Elves that have mated with humans. First started out as a blue / green tribe, but soon Humanity took it's place among them and they've mated, changing facial all the way from skin color to feelings. They still have their calmness from the elves along with the long pointy ears, but they still hold the human strength and endurance, along with their eagerness.

Style of Technology: Magical technology. They have no will or effort whatsoever in Technological science or experiments. Their technology comes from within what they call "Marau" which is a great big well in the middle of their city. But since the coming of evil, and the spreading of pain, the well has almost dried out, and there are only a chosen few who are deemed worthy of possessing true magical powers. Each member of Quel'denar is chosen for their fighting style and skill, if and what kind of magical powers they receive.

Attributes/Notable qualities: They have incredible agility and cunning, but are stronger in the use of intellect and wisdom. Each and every Quel'Denar has a power within the four elements, Fire, Water, Earth and Air. But a certain group of people called "The Outcast" possess a skill within a fifth element. Chaos. Every children of Quel'Denar are checked for their power as soon as they turn one. They are placed in schools for their elements, but those who possess Chaos, are either cast out or executed. It is rare for siblings to possess the same element, but it is known to happen.

Fighting style: They fight with their elements, greatswords, magical staves or bows. After people leave the city or join "The Candoray" (Quel'Denar army force), they are made aware of the technology around them. They wear light kevlar armor and enhance their weapons with either magic or technology. Only members of The Candoray are allowed to carry such equipment, and carrying it inside the city without a permit or uniform, you can be locked up or swift of your magical powers.

Name: Vivita.

Age: 21. (They have the same aging process as humans)

Gender: Female.

Rank/Title/Occupation: Vivita ranks Ltnt. in the Candoray. She bears the title "Ltn. Vivita.

Appearance: She stands gracefully at 4'7, light white hair falling to the shoulders and longer at the back. Eyes are deep green and her skin is a very light brown color, kind of like spray-on tan. She has longer fingers than most human females but shorter legs than most male elves. She wears a dark brown coat hanging down to her thighs, over a light white shirt. Also loves to wear blue and black jeans. Growing up, she never had the pleasure of having those. She has on dark brown combat boots and a leather belt leading across her waist, and another one leading from the left shoulder to the right side of her waist. On the back she has a leather sheathe connected to the belt.

Element: Earth. Includes minor healing power and control of anything connected to the ground.

Weapons: In the sheathe she carries a large dagger. On the waist she carries a SIG P226 Equinox pistol. (Expect an image on pistol and sword)

Fighting Style: Mostly just melee combat.

Alignment: The Quel'Denar are allied to The Authority

Other Allegiances: The Quel'Denar are currently trying to work out a relationship between the Talonisk and the Grel.

Bio: Vivita was raised in the city. She had a brother, but was told he died at birth. Other than that, she joined the Candoray as soon as she could, age 16. She doesn't like to be alone during battles, but she takes pride in winning them. First she used to work as a city limits guard, making sure Outcasts wouldn't sneak into the city and to make sure that other races don't come into the city without permit. Their city is very heavily guarded, more of a fortress than an actual city. Many farms are on the outskirts of them, guards often travel along the road, checking them out, making sure there's no pillaging or kidnapping. Pillaging is very rare within these farm towns, but kidnapping isn't. Quel'Denar's are very rare outside the city, and because of their trait in magic, they make excellent slaves.
Now though, after years of devotion to the Candoray, Vivita finally earned her right to join battle. She has been asked to join forces with a group of people in other cultures and foreign races. But setting differences aside seems noble and right at these times of war and terror.

However, I have bad news. I have a fortnight of mock GCSES next week, and this week I am trying to get some revision done for them. As such, my normal RPing will suffer, and I doubt I'd be able to GM a one as well.

As such, I give you two options:
1) I freeze this, then come back to it when I can run it properly
2) I sell it on to an experienced GM, who can run it as they like. In this case he would need a majority acceptance to take over.

You guys can vote on it, since you'll be the ones playing it.

As Xero said, we're gonna finally get round to starting. However, I am gonna make a change which might annoy you a little, namely a removal of high tech stuff. Steampunk is the highest i'm willing to allow. Also, magic should be either removed or made more subtle

You may have flight, but by means of large machines
You may have guns, but they will be either muskets, or at best, revolvers.

As a statement of continuing interest, I need all players to re-submit their sheets, allowing for these changes. If there are no changes needed, please re-submit anyway, so I can see you're still there
