Huss...I'd like you to be our go to guy for invitations to play.

Look, we need Xero back because really we need old man Damien to kick some ass ;) so try to get him.

However, feast your eyes on Silas' interlude into chapter two. I'm calling it "Reunion".
Enjoy.

~~~~~~
[HEADING=2]Reunion: Silas' Interlude[/HEADING]
Silas walked through the rainy streets, cutting through alleyways past skinny cats looking for scraps and orphan children shuddering behind bins. His fedora was wet and dripping water past his face as he stood, looking at the place across the busy street. It had red lights in the windows and an old sign flapped in the breeze bearing the symbol of a full moon with the number "XIII" emblazoned in black. Silas stepped out into the street, the horns on his head had become a trouble for the hat on his head, wedged in between them. He moved across quickly, hoping no one looked at him for too long and he ducked inside the club.
Immediately the loud jazz music hit his ears and he weaved his way through to the bar. He smiled at the woman behind the counter and said "I'm here for an appointment."
"Just upstairs, first left." said the bartender.
Upstairs, Silas passed through the black door with the pentagram on it. Inside, it was she-herself...with a cigarette in her mouth and by her side was a man in a long black coat and bowler hat. Silas said "Hi Grandma!"
"Oh Silas, dearie, just call me Lucy. I've missed you! Come give your great-granny a hug."
Silas embraced her and said "It's good to see you. Did you come through?"
"Of course I did!, Mister Smith here will be helping you this evening..." and she indicated the man at her side.
Silas shook the mans hand and said "Thank you. Oh and thank you too, Lucy."
"No problem, now you kiddies run along and play. Be back for supper!"
Lucy smiled as Silas followed the man outside.
Later, at an alleyway nearby the man said "You are all set....let me make a portal for you." and the man carved a perfect hole in the side of the building with a small knife and peeled it back to reveal an oval doorway into a misty graveyard. "House Crellyx's Family Graveyard?" asked Silas.
"Yup," and he handed him a shovel "You're helping me dig."
Inside the graveyard they searched the tombstones, trying to find Lisette's grave. She had been slain by a human hunter who was searching for trophies. When they found it, the man placed a shovel into the earth and said "Now, lets defile the dead then. Shall we?" and he looked up, grinning. They dug the coffin out and Silas used his magic to lift it into the air. He placed it beside the hole gently. Mister Smith placed a shovel into the coffin and cracked the lid open. A hiss of trapped air came out as they pried the door open. The girl inside was remarkably well preserved, except for the blood stain on her breast. She was young and fresh, surprisingly. "Oh good she's not gonna be freaky when she comes back. Now stand back please and let me work my magic."
Mr. Smith pushed his sleeves up and wingled his fingers while invoking a spell. He took on a faint green glow as he teased a crack in the ground to open into a green and place place where moans wafted lightly. Out of the crack came flooding tons of little white sprites. At once he directed them to flood into the corpse which went rigid and floated out of the coffin and into the air. "Come on..." said Mr. Smith, coaxing out of the crack a little red dot which fluttered about. "Don't be shy, go on!" said Mr. Smith and it flew in the corpse's open mouth. The corpse gasped and opened its eyes. The crack was closed quickly and Mr. Smith said "See, nice and quick!" then she screamed and started crawling away. "Whoah, whoah! Lisette, babe....honey it's Silas." said Silas following her. She backed up against a grave stone and started panting. "OOPS! Forgot to heal the yucky marks. One second.." said Mr. Smith, then she shot a little bolt of green energy at Lisette and zapped the hole in her chest away. She gasped and said "I'm.....alive?"
They got her back through to London and Mr. Smith nodded and went on his way. Silas carried Lisette over his shoulder as he walked her back to the Parliament building and the Sanctuary. "I like what you did to your head..." said Lisette, almost drunkenly and she poked his horns which were now shedding their fuzzy covering. "I'm an Ilrian Knight now too. The voice in my head says hello by the way." and Silas smiled. Lisette smiled and said "Hello, voice in Silas' head." she took a breath and said "So, I guess I died a little...what did I miss?"
"Lots, I'll tell you everything once we get you warm and dry."
"Hmmm, I'll make YOU warm." and Lisette laughed. "I'm feeling dizzy..."
"Thats just from coming back to the living, honey. You'll feel better later."
So he carried her inside and the gates slid shut behind them. No one asked any questions and Silas told no one. As far as anyone knew, Silas hadn't even gone out that night.
~~~~~~

Okies, feel free to make a little "interlude" story if you want to.

OOC: Im in, lemme work on getting Xero back
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
Kin had a feeling.....
Kin had plenty of feelings...
Kin had a different kind altogether right now.
He walked from the sanctuary towards Piccadilly circus. From there he headed down the Thames. She was here....
there?......
somewhere?.....
A vacant flat caught his attention. He wasn't able to figure out why it did, but it was like slipping into some old familiar dream. Or going back to a place you hadn't been in for many years. Kin took note of it all. It was almost like he could see the changes made to the place over time. As he climbed the creaky stairs to the second floor, he found himself almost rushing. Like there was a surprise waiting for him, but he didn't know what it was. He bounded up the stairs, taking them in twos. Whatever it was, it seemed intoxicating.
He opened the door and stepped in. He looked around for a moment before a pair of arms wrapped themselves around him.
"Hey stranger." Came a soft voice into his ear. He didn't need imperiomancy to know who it was. "Whats a girl like you doing in a place like this?" Kin responded.
"Just driving the local boys insane."
Kin laughed. She never ceased to amuse him.
"So you found me." She said resting her head in his shoulder. He could feel her soft skin on her cheeks touch his.
"You tend to have that affect on me."
"You mean the ability to drag you out into the open without a weapon?"
"That's generally how a muse works." They spoke in low tones, as if somebody could be in the room with them. "No armor?" She replied.
He didn't open his mouth but instead opened his mind to her.
"Its not like armor could protect me from you." He let himself nuzzle her cheek. "Nothing could."
"You know," she projected into him. "I think I have found a place, out in the country. In Denmark. I would have immunity, I have a friend who can get it for me. I dont know how the Rhyle would feel about me, I havent exactly done anything to them."
"If you could possibly prove your innocence to them, then they would let you in if I asked them to."
A nervousness came to her voice. She had been running for year. She was tired of it all. She let Kin turn around and wrap her up in his arms. "I dont know. I wonder if I can trust them."
Nicholas may have said he was vulnerable to her, and she may have put on the hard, strong willed girl mask, but underneath it all she was breaking down. She rested he head on his chest. Nicholas knew this. She was tired of running, tired of fighting, tired of being incapable of love.
Kin decided to switch the subject.
"So... Denmark?.... You said it was out in the country?.."
"Yes" She whispered, as she allowed herself to fantasize over it for a bit.
"Nice scenery?"
"Oh yes, very much so. ITs got nice green fields as far as the eye can see. Its very nice."
"I bet it is. But I bet we could do better, get a place by the sea."
"You think so?" A smile of hope came to her face.
"Yeah, someday we will get there. Someday we will get out of this mess. Someday....."
She nuzzled up to him, a tear down her cheek. It hurt Nicholas to see her like this.He thought for a moment.
"I think we need some chocolate and a carriage ride, hmmm?"
"Agreed." She said, sniffing a bit as they made their way to the door.
[HEADING=1]CHAPTER TWO- BEYOND THE VEIL[/HEADING]
Silas awoke in his bedroom alone, his horns awkwardly whacking against the headboard of his bed. He stood and looked in the mirror and rubbed his face, it was so dark he could barely see his own reflection. Silas flicked a lamp on and the light-bulb inside flickered to life. He looked back at the mirror, but the reflection was still pitch dark.
"I've been waiting, Silas Grey..." said the reflection.
"Who are you?" asked Silas, standing near the mirror.
"My voice has whispered in the ears of your forefathers, Silas. You are the reforging of a line once broken. I am the Illrian Shadow, the ruler of the Maledictum."
Silas bowed and said "My lord, can you tell me what I must do now?"
"That cannot be fully told, for I know how your life will unfold. You must go to this fog, for within it lies that which you lost in the mountain peaks...and something you will find within the Far Veil."
"Don't be enigmatic!" shouted Silas, angry.
"Your temperament is admirable, but foolhardy. Let your anger go, Silas. If you wish to defeat Azriel, you shall have to resist the dark paths. Ahh, I see how you look away. You fear the name of the Lord of the Nameless Ones. Shall I name them all? Azriel, Belleriel, Kathoriel, Ilriel, Jathoriel..."
"STOP IT!"
"I do not care if they hear me, they shudder at the knowledge of my existence. This fog is from the dark tower of the Nameless Ones, their dark hounds prowl this world for the key..."
"The key to what?"
"Arcania. Deep within the earth of Cornwall lies a gateway to the land of moonlight. Sealing it, however, is a creature of great evil long ago enthralled by the Destroyer's bootlicks. A Void Dragon, a once-proud black dragon cursed by the endless darkness of Thassaria and now driven to evil. In the crown of its skull..."
Here the shadow tapped its horned forehead
"Is a blade, your family's blade. You must pull your sword from the skull of this mighty beast and open the rift. However, there is someone missing from your party. One friend you did not bury in the snows of Romania..."
"We couldn't find Ivan's body..."
"He never died. When you shattered the blade of the third betrayer, a part of it survived. It is using the human as a host body, to lead it to what it desires. The Void Dragon, Malkaius the All-Devourer. If the dark thing within your former friend revives this dragon, you shall have to combat it with all your strength. Yet, there is one last thing..."
The reflection looked away.
"What is it?"
"The portal rests within the fog which you fear to enter. If you can open the gate, we shall meet you on the other side, in the stone circle where the eternal storm brews. There shall be a meeting of the Conclave of Shadows. A concert of once-kings and priests of the stoic order. If you find your way to us, Silas...you will be consecrated as Illrian Knight and take your place among us. "
"I will do this...I will try my best..."
"Do or do not, there is no trying. Go with the Light, Silas Grey...fifteenth Knight of the House of Grey, Ashlardi'im."
The reflection faded, leaving Silas' own. Silas shuddered, and began to dress himself.
~~~

In the central hall, the Guardians had assembled. Silas was about to order the Guardians to assemble.
"Brothers and sisters of the Guardians of Light! We now are facing a threat like no other...two new Houses of vampirekind have joined us, and though we are grateful for their kindness and peace, we must watch over them now more than ever. On our own shores dark things stir, and the darkness of the Dark Spawn and their master spills into our world. I cannot force all Guardians to abandon their posts, but a large contingent is needed to secure this gap in the fabric of our world. An elite team of Masters and Guardians will join me in the hardest task of all, entering this unearthly fog."
The whole Sanctuary gasped. People hung over balconies looking at Silas at the top of the stairs.
"I exhort all Guardians with the heart to follow to gather arms, we will take our finest and fastest zeppelin to Cornwall. In the name of the Great Guardians!"
The Guardians below chanted back "In the name of the Light!"
"Dismissed!" shouted Silas so that his words rang through the building.

Silas walked down and walked next to Kin "Are things in order here?"

Kin was in battle armor from the waist down, along with the forearm bracers. He had yet to put on the rest of it. He stood at a table with arms crossed looking over four or five sets worth of billiards balls. He pensively looked over his work.

"Pool? Really?" Silas chuckled, picking one up.
"Cheapest thing I could find and augment fast enough. A good basic scrying orb takes about five minutes to make if you want to watch in real time and not recorded moments in the past. " Kin shrugged as he slide his mask on.
Then the ball Silas held in his hands began to move. The small white circle with the black number in it became like an eye, the white blinking and the number dissipating for a brief moment and the reappearing as if swallowed by an imaginary eyelid.
Kin chuckled under the mask. "Hi Silas" he said looking through the orb Silas held in the palm of his hands. "So its simple, we scatter these into the fog before we go in, we may be able to get a good view of what might be in there.

Silas nodded "Well then pack up, we are moving out." said Silas tersely.
Kin got up and started packing up the billiard ball scrying orbs.
"Something wrong?" asked Kin, idly.
"Nothing except the idea of walking directly into a man-eating fog bank...oh yeah and these things..."
Silas pulled a stiff barn owl out of his bag. The eyes looked different somehow...not alive.
Then Silas tapped the feathers and they clanged like metal "It is an automaton. Theres a scrying orb inside, what it sees, we see. Sent for or five to take up positions near the fog to watch its growth and measure the rate it is expanding....well I'm not but someone surely is."
Silas tossed the owl to Kin and said "Creepy, isn't it?"

"Interesting..." Kin said examining the bird. Then the head turned and stared at him. After a moment of awkward silence, Kin put it down on the table, "I see what you mean."

another moment passed as the last of the balls were put in the bag. Then he picked up his sword in its sheath. Throwing it over his shoulder he asked, "What do you really think we will find in there?"

"I have no idea, but I expect evil things with lots of tentacles..." said Silas, jesting.

They walked together over to the docking platform where the Guardians were loading up the Wind and Sail III with supplies. The tinkers were carrying boxes of explosives into the vessel and the Masters were standing in a circle, discussing strategy as usual.
"I say we make a full perimeter then close in and keep walking straight so we can't get lost!" said one Master.
"I say we all form on one side and move across it completely." said another.
"I say we just go there are see for ourselves, then decide." said Silas, tapping his foot impatiently. "Now all of you, scram and help carry things." the Masters all bowed and did as they were told. Silas carried extra weight, being the son of a High Master. They knew whose wrath they would contend with if they disobeyed.

"Kin, lets help load things and be off."

If you didn't get the reference the owls were making, you officially know what a good movie is.

Derrik strode calmly into the room, a monitor of some sort in one hand and a bag filled with a rediculous amount of odds and ends, along with his actual tools. He looked up briefly and turned in the direction of the pool table before looking back to the monitor, he then promptly walked into the pool table with a thud and a pained sound.

He calmly retrieved the owl and stuffed it into his bag, along with the monitor. He then rather swiftly moved to help load up the crates of explosive materials, setting his bag on top of a crate as he helped another tinkerer lift it "Do you know how a raven is like a writing desk?" he queried, the man responded with a negative and Derrik was just about to reply when they got hurried along by one of the masters, prompting Derrik to get back to work.

Silas went up to the bridge and laid his hand on the large pearl omni-communicator.

"Attention crew and passengers, we will be casting off in exactly fifteen minutes. Everyone is to be on board or be left behind."

The ship was bustling with activity as some tinkers dragged in a huge scrying eye receiver array into the bridge and Silas helped them set it up, trying to not to tangle his horns in everything.

"Master, soon we will be facing a terrible threat. Have you given thought to your weapons?" asked Malachi.

Aloud, Silas responded "No, Malachi, and I will deal with that later." the tinkers looked at him funny and Silas just smiled sheepishly "Sorry".

Damien stumbled on the Wind and Sail III, using his staff as support against the weight of his briefcase. Deep shadows lay under his bloodshot eyes. Damien looked more tired than he ever had been. He slid into the seat across from Silas, placing the weapons briefcase on the table between them. Damien laid back, the Mantle sliding away from his front to reveal his Arcanian Mythica armor, the armor he won in a duel against a lord and then strengthened with Avalonian magic. Finally, the Golden Seal of the Sun was present upon Damien's left shoulder, allowing him easy access when he wished to use his full power. Damien closed his eyes and sighed.

"Good evening, Silas. Nice horns by the way- I see the merge with your partner was successful. Sorry I've been away for a while- Everything's gone to hell in Avalon. Because of the Fogs across England, the barrier between Avalon and the Far Veil is even more threadbare than usual. I've had to kill God knows how many and what kind of demons and monstrosities. I've finally managed to seal the rifts with the Sentries, but we need to get rid of the rips in the rest of the world as soon as possible. The equivalent of the Sentry tactic is using bubblegum to close a pip while you look for the sautering gun." Damien shook his eyes as he opened the case. "Pick a weapon, preferably Light-based. I think we'll need it. I managed to call in a few favors from my friends in Ireland." Damien here grinned. "I think you'll like what you find."

Silas looked at the case of weapons before him, then looked at the arsonator. It had served him faithfully through so many missions, slain who knows how many monsters and still remained true. But Silas heard Malachi whisper "You know what you need..."
Silas laid the arsonator among the others in the case and said "It has served me faithfully for many years. Let it serve you as it has served me. I must bear my family blade, where is Amorè?"
Silas looked to see his mother walk into the bridge bearing a large wooden case. In it lay the red blade of the House of Grey which had served through the ages as the sword of ceremony...a symbol of the passing of authority from father to son.
"Silas...this may not be the battle sword of our house but it is still a sword...may it serve you well."
Silas picked up the sword and drew it, holding his palm against the flat of it. It felt sharper and keener than ever, and the ruby in the pommel glowed with the light of the sun. He sheathed it and said "Soon, mother, I will hold the blade of a true Illrian Knight in my hands once I pull it from its resting place..."
Silas turned back to Damien and said "Your light powers will be needed more than ever here, these demons are in their element and our weapons will not harm them unless you can strip away their defenses. Are you willing to enter the fog with us?"

Damien grinned. "Why the 'ell do you think I'm on this damn ship? Boy, I've missed this for too long. I stopped in Ireland to pick up one of my favorite weapons, one that's carved fear into demons for years." Damien took out a simple steel sword handle missing the blade. It contained a faintly glowing diamond in the pommel. While it didn't look like much, it sent fear shooting down the spine. "I finally found the Holy Sword, Claiomh Solais, the second of the 4 treasures of the Tuatha De Danann. I lost this weapon in the 2nd Great Avalonian War, against the onslaught of the archdemons. None are able to escape it once it flares up." Damien slid it back into his belt as he nodded to Sabrina. "Are you coming into the fog as well, High Master Sabrina?"

Derrik was currently preoccupying himself with one of the owls, the poor thing's mechanics showing as Derrik examined the machinery, humming softly to himself as he dug through his bag, searching for a part which he found after several long moments before affixing it to the inner workings of the owl and closing it back up. Setting it in the chair next to him with a grin.

Sabrina shook her head "I'm here to see my baby off to battle. and she went and kissed Silas' forehead. "I'm going to the lounge," she said and left the bridge.

Silas went to the promenade and felt the wind as the airship hummed to life. It slowly drifted away from the platform, and soon London began the shrink below an early morning fog. Silas looked out and saw the light of the docking tower, a green beacon in the sea of grey. It was the last thing Silas could see of London, the last anchor to hold him as he drifted. He reached out, as if to take a hold of it...but it slipped away. Soon it was a twinkle, then a whisper, then it too sank into the fog bank as it rolled into London from the Thames. Silas sighed and turned back to sit in the bridge and look through the glass face at the oncoming horizon.

Kin wasnt holding back in terms of equipment. While with the guardians he had made it a point to travel light. But somebody had finally managed to ship over his equipment from Geneva. The full suit of white plate steel had a gold trim on its edges that glistened. The right shoulder consisted of only a few larger pieces, but the left was made of several smaller components that formed layers as they went down his arm. The "fishbowl" helmet fit perfectly into the armor, but could still be lifted into the up position. On the upper right of the chest piece, Kins Steward mark was engraved along with several saints prayers.

It also had a bandoleer across the chest with a pistol and three spare clips on the front, and a lever action rifle and rounds for it on the back. Running perpendicular to the lever action was his trusted longsword. A plain blade, no magical properties to speak of, but to Kin, the craftsman was more important than the tools. His hunting knife was, as always, on a shoulder mounted sheath. A deadly surprise came in the form of a retractable wrist blade on the top side of his right gauntlet about eight inches in length. His left gauntlet also contained several overlapping plates which could extend out sideways and create an improvised shield. He thought about bringing along one of the infamous Rhyle Sniper Rifles, but ultimately declined. It and its ammo would be too much weight, and the fog would prevent any long range shots anyways.

The armor was also versatile. Many parts could be quickly detached if they caught fire, or the weight became too much a burden.

Silas was meditating alone in his room when a soft knock came at the door.

Silas opened his eyes and stood, the metal object in the room where still floating in the air from his magic. It was Maeve, she looked beautiful with her hair falling randomly from her head as if she had not combed it after sleeping on it. She had a tray with a silver teapot, two porcelain cups and a porcelain plate of biscuits. "I thought you'd like some tea."
Silas smiled and said "Yes, thank you Maeve."
She sat with him and poured him a cup of the aromatic black tea he was fond of. Silas used a small spoon to drop a tiny cube of sugar into the cup and he swirled it while Maeve spoke.
"I met your vampire today..."
Silas nodded, taking a sip and making a sour face, he took a little more sugar and said
"Lisette was a very honourable and demure girl when I knew her in the past."
"She said you two were together for a short time..." said Maeve, sipping her tea.
"We were but...our time apart did something. I just don't feel the same way about her now than I did then..." said Silas, listlessly.
"Do you wish you were together?"
"I am unsure, that chapter of my life has passed and cannot be rewritten. However, Lisette deserves a second chance to do right by me. She blames herself for driving a wedge between us."
"I understand, she shares an unresolved issue which she seeks to resolve through you. She seems like a very quiet girl, she would make a good wife."
Silas nodded a little "She would, but not for me. Though I felt for her, it wasn't anything romantic..."
Maeve put her cup down and said, while pouring more tea for herself "I understand, Silas. A man has needs and sometimes they cloud his judgement. However, you mustn't lead her on. I would hate for a confrontation."
"You don't seem the type to shy from a fight." said Silas, with a small laugh.
Maeve smiled "I'll fight if she wants to...but you should tell her yourself...she's in the lounge."

~~

Maeve came with Silas, he kept balking as they walked. When Silas finally approached Lisette in the larger lounge area, his palms were sweating. "Lisette, Silas wants to say something..." said Maeve, nudging Silas. Silas stuttered a little as he said "Hello, Lisette..."
"Reign yourself in, master. You are going to pluge off a cliff made of misery...." said Malachi, clucking.
"Listen, Lisette..." said Silas "I know we were quite in love when we were younger. Looking back, I feel like I had more lust in mind than love and that I would hate to rekindle a flame that had already caused greif. I wanted you to know we will always remain friends, but that when I returned you to life I was doing it out of friendship and not out of love or lust as I did when I was younger and wilder. I am an Illrian Knight now, and my duties may bring me far from you and I know how much you need someone close by you always. I feel as though to continue pursuing your love would be foolish if all I desired was.....sexual relations."
Lisette got up, offended and said "So you won't even try? Silas, you are better than that!"
Maeve nudged Silas "Keep going, she whispered."
Lisette got angry "What are you whispering to him, you whore?! You're dumping me for her aren't you!"
Maeve had a look come over her that just might have burned through the Far Veil and straight to the heart of the Destroyer and caused him to shudder. Such was the anger in her face."
"So, what if he loves me now? YOU WERE SIX FEET UNDER IN A MOLDY BOX!"
Lisette started screaming then, as Silas tried to talk over them calmly.
"Who do you think you are, American whore?! I am far more classy!"
Lisette grabbed one of Silas' arms and started pulling him away. Maeve grabbed the other arm and started pulling too.
"I'm twice as strong as you in combat!" said Maeve.
"I'm better at dancing!"
"I'm better at singing!"
"I kissed him once, with tongue!"
"WELL I HAD SEX WITH HIM, AND I LIKED IT!" screamed Maeve.
Silas finally shouted very, very loudly "ENOUGH!"
The girls quieted down and let go of Silas "Thank you Ladies, no need to fight or pull hair. I understand you are upset, Lisette. I am your friend, and will always be as such. I, however, do not wish to continue a relationship. It has been too long and I have moved on..."
Lisette had tears in her eyes when she said "Okay..." and she ran away sobbing.
"What a whiny little thing, is she always so dramatic?" said Maeve with contempt.
Silas took Maeve's hand and said "Sometimes, a little drama is necessary to shake up the monotony."

They walked back to the bridge hand-in-hand for Silas' watch on deck.

Kin heard the shouting as he made his way to the deck. As Silas and Maeve approached, he made a sort of coughing noise. Deciding to step way out of his jurisdiction, he spoke.

"Please tell me the babysitting ends before we hit the fog." Kin said.
Before either of the two could move to protest, Kin spoke again.
"Listen, I'm not here to judge how you all run your personal lives. Silas, you seem pretty capable of keeping work and play separate."
He turned to Maeve. "So far you have struck me as a pretty calm and collected individual. I admire that. But I need to make sure that this little love triangle..."
He coked a thumb over his shoulder towards the lounge.
"Or whatever you care to call it, doesn't jeopardize anything. I know its easy to have something going on the side, but that fact that emotions run that thick between three people who are all working in proximity to one another scares the hell out of me with potential for screw-ups."
He shrugged. Perhaps having run out of things to say. "Listen, I don't wanna have to be THAT guy who is in every persons business. But more so I don't wanna add "cock-block" to my list of semi-official duties."

Silas blinked and said "Kin, you're 80% metal right now right?"
He nodded
So Silas used his magic to pick Kin up and dangle him over the side of the airship while he kicked and shouted, "PUT ME DOWN!"
Silas brought him back over the hull and dropped him and said "I appreciate your concern, but respectfully don't be nosy again."
Then Kin made Silas' legs start spontaneously dancing, sending him away with Maeve chasing after him. Silas' shouts of "How do I stop?" rang as he went around a corner and out of sight.
