[HEADING=2]Reunion: Silas' Interlude[/HEADING]
Silas walked through the rainy streets, cutting through alleyways past skinny cats looking for scraps and orphan children shuddering behind bins. His fedora was wet and dripping water past his face as he stood, looking at the place across the busy street. It had red lights in the windows and an old sign flapped in the breeze bearing the symbol of a full moon with the number "XIII" emblazoned in black. Silas stepped out into the street, the horns on his head had become a trouble for the hat on his head, wedged in between them. He moved across quickly, hoping no one looked at him for too long and he ducked inside the club.
Immediately the loud jazz music hit his ears and he weaved his way through to the bar. He smiled at the woman behind the counter and said "I'm here for an appointment."
"Just upstairs, first left." said the bartender.
Upstairs, Silas passed through the black door with the pentagram on it. Inside, it was she-herself...with a cigarette in her mouth and by her side was a man in a long black coat and bowler hat. Silas said "Hi Grandma!"
"Oh Silas, dearie, just call me Lucy. I've missed you! Come give your great-granny a hug."
Silas embraced her and said "It's good to see you. Did you come through?"
"Of course I did!, Mister Smith here will be helping you this evening..." and she indicated the man at her side.
Silas shook the mans hand and said "Thank you. Oh and thank you too, Lucy."
"No problem, now you kiddies run along and play. Be back for supper!"
Lucy smiled as Silas followed the man outside.
Later, at an alleyway nearby the man said "You are all set....let me make a portal for you." and the man carved a perfect hole in the side of the building with a small knife and peeled it back to reveal an oval doorway into a misty graveyard. "House Crellyx's Family Graveyard?" asked Silas.
"Yup," and he handed him a shovel "You're helping me dig."
Inside the graveyard they searched the tombstones, trying to find Lisette's grave. She had been slain by a human hunter who was searching for trophies. When they found it, the man placed a shovel into the earth and said "Now, lets defile the dead then. Shall we?" and he looked up, grinning. They dug the coffin out and Silas used his magic to lift it into the air. He placed it beside the hole gently. Mister Smith placed a shovel into the coffin and cracked the lid open. A hiss of trapped air came out as they pried the door open. The girl inside was remarkably well preserved, except for the blood stain on her breast. She was young and fresh, surprisingly. "Oh good she's not gonna be freaky when she comes back. Now stand back please and let me work my magic."
Mr. Smith pushed his sleeves up and wingled his fingers while invoking a spell. He took on a faint green glow as he teased a crack in the ground to open into a green and place place where moans wafted lightly. Out of the crack came flooding tons of little white sprites. At once he directed them to flood into the corpse which went rigid and floated out of the coffin and into the air. "Come on..." said Mr. Smith, coaxing out of the crack a little red dot which fluttered about. "Don't be shy, go on!" said Mr. Smith and it flew in the corpse's open mouth. The corpse gasped and opened its eyes. The crack was closed quickly and Mr. Smith said "See, nice and quick!" then she screamed and started crawling away. "Whoah, whoah! Lisette, babe....honey it's Silas." said Silas following her. She backed up against a grave stone and started panting. "OOPS! Forgot to heal the yucky marks. One second.." said Mr. Smith, then she shot a little bolt of green energy at Lisette and zapped the hole in her chest away. She gasped and said "I'm.....alive?"
They got her back through to London and Mr. Smith nodded and went on his way. Silas carried Lisette over his shoulder as he walked her back to the Parliament building and the Sanctuary. "I like what you did to your head..." said Lisette, almost drunkenly and she poked his horns which were now shedding their fuzzy covering. "I'm an Ilrian Knight now too. The voice in my head says hello by the way." and Silas smiled. Lisette smiled and said "Hello, voice in Silas' head." she took a breath and said "So, I guess I died a little...what did I miss?"
"Lots, I'll tell you everything once we get you warm and dry."
"Hmmm, I'll make YOU warm." and Lisette laughed. "I'm feeling dizzy..."
"Thats just from coming back to the living, honey. You'll feel better later."
So he carried her inside and the gates slid shut behind them. No one asked any questions and Silas told no one. As far as anyone knew, Silas hadn't even gone out that night.

Okies, feel free to make a little "interlude" story if you want to.
