"Fool" muttered Nana in response to Dieos, "You speak of letting people alone, yet your very command is an attack. If you truly preach tolerance, be silent and show us how. If not, you waste our time and your own."

Flipping out her chronometron, she set it with a quick gesture and nodded curtly. To Damien, she said, "I should hope our team need no more advice at this point"

I think I may end up being like Kreia of KOTOR2...

Damien sighed. "If anyone starts bitching inside the portal, so help me, I will hang you by your ankles over a dragon nest." He took out the watch and set it. "Don't get lost. If you stray from the group, I can't gaurantee your safety. Other than that, only use magic whenever possible: While your magic is stronger in the Far Veil, it is also far too easy for even a Master to lose control. Go physical unless impossible."

The ferry stopped as the boatman came up to Damien. For a second, the illusion disappeared, and everyone could see the skeleton wrapped in a midnight black cloak, his bony hand clutching at the gold coins Damien gave the man, one for everyone on the trip. "We'll all be coming back, Charon. Be here when we come back, thank you." The bony hand retreated into the cloak and the illusion returned. Damien hopped down onto the pier, immediately feeling stronger as he touched the shores of Avalon. "Hurry up, ya brats!" He yelled to the group on the boat.

Zyphe tapped the hourglass on top of his staff."It's no use! I have too old a version!" he exclaimed with a chuckle. Throughout the years he had kept a mental clock in his head, something to pass the time he thought, so he set it to 3:30 and stepped out onto the docks. "Ready and waiting" He said as he walked forward.

"Leave me alone Deios." He said agressivly. Very agressivly.
He stood and took the chronometron.
He walked over and stood beside nana bluesky, a grin on his face.

"it's not about law, it's about acceptance, and people are so quick to judge on the wrong things." Ivan murmured to himself as he walked off the ferry onto the docks, underneath the boat a trail of stone spikes retracted into the sea bed and the sand returned to it's untouched state.

hearing Damien's words Ivan decided to prepare himself, he shifted his staff so the tip was pointing down and a blade of stone wrenched itself out of the seabed and water behind him, the blade floated and connected itself to the tip of his staff, making it a scythe, he'd get the armour only if required.

sorry, i had more work than expected so i couldn't get on

Deios picket his watch out of his inside pocket and set it to the appropriate time then looked back at nana with a smirk.
"I meant no quarrel nana, i was merely defending zyphe, sorry if it came across as an attack, lets not get into pointless arguments,"
He said flatly.

Deios then walked over to the edge of the boat and off onto the dock, his movements a little too agile to properly suite his physique.

"Touchy group...." Kin murmured to Silas as he strapped the mask to his head, but left it in the "up" position to allow him to see.
"Hopefully it will all smooth over fast..."

Under normal circumstances he would put the mask down over his face, but it had no eye holes, and in order for him to see he was required to use his imperiomancy. His power relied on sense of touch, and without physical contact, wouldn't work. When the metal in the mask touched his face, he was able to project his sight through it, protecting his face. Another advantage he hadnt foreseen until actually using the mask was that he had a much wider range of vision, reducing the chance of being blindsided.

But he had decided to heed Damiens advice and refrain from using his imperiomancy while on the island, therefore the mask stayed up for now. He left his robes on the boat and now showed the signature white and yellow Rhyle armor.

Dan sighed and chuckled very slighty at Deios' words.
What is wrong with these people?
He pulled some woolen, fingerless gloves from his pocket and put them on.
It's cold...
He looked at Kin through his hair and grinned again.

"Touchy Kin? And what makes you say that?"

Deios came to a halt beside dan, reached into the stoney patch of his chest and procured a small red hot piece of rock which had been resting inside, he placed the rock into the slot at the top of his steel rod then looked at dan.

"This should help," he said with a smile as he sent a warming wave over dan with the rod.

"If anyone else is feeling chilly just tell me," he said warmly.

Dan twitched at the sudden heat.
He nodded a thank you and smiled.
Well...maybe he isn't a bad as I thought.I can see myself getting along with him.

Deios took a few steps forwards, looking around at his surroundings, his hand still clutching the rod tightly, his other hand curled into a fist, small sparks flickering from within.

Frowning, he said "This truely is an eerie place, what kind of enemies can we be expecting here silas?"

"Im just saying that for a bunch of people supposedly on the same side, some of you dont seem very capable of getting past some of the little things." Kin said trying his best not to sound accusing. "I mean, why dont people just learn to live with it? No need to get on peoples cases for little stuff." He began to walk a little ways down the beach, not too far however, for the sake of staying with the group.
"Whatever though.... none of my business." He continued, walking away with his hands up in a sort of surrender position as if to say "do what you wanna do"

"Discipline slips" said Nana, disapproval in her voice "When the details are considered irrelevant. Examining every point can only lead to greater knowledge and understanding."

"Nana please, although your logic is flawless as usual, please cease, we need your skills on the task at hand," Deios said in as nice a voice as possible.
"And kin... please don't argue with her, she's not the kind of person you want to get on the wrong side of,"

He smiled and turned back to the path in-front of them, placing his rod back into his robe.

"Ever the wise one, Dieos" said Nana, a half-smile forming on her face, though whether it was approval or scorn was not certain, "Keep this up and perhaps in time you'll feel like a proper master."

Talking quieter, so only he could hear, she continued, "As for our recruits, it is my understanding that we will have select ourselves a student. Have you got your eye on one yet?"

Deios smiled too, leaned his head slightly closer to nana and whispered
"I'm not sure, the young auramancer seems to be the kind of apprentice i could work with,"

He looked back over the group behind them, looking slowly upon them, "We don't seem to have too many apprentices, i haven't seen marcus anywhere."

Deios stood back up and glanced at silas and damien, then continued to study the island.

He was talking to Dan, just FYI....

"It wasnt arguing, I was simply stating a point. I didnt mean to come off like that..."
His voice trailed off as he starred into the mist.

"my mistake," Deios said slowly, his mood undiminished.
He too began to stare into the mist.

Dan chuckled,
More talk! Why don't these people ever shut up?!
He sighed.
Jesus...
"I don't care Kin..." He said shortly, "Just trying to make conversation. But i'm not very good at it."

Dan's second name is 'freeman' and he hardly ever talks.
