Heres a tip: put a fan right above a vent, turn up your air conditioning, turn the fan towards you, sit three feet away from it, get a glass of water with ice in it, play deus ex, pass out from exhaustion, wake up, realize your covered in ice water, die of hypothermia because you covered yourself in water and sat infront of the cold, be revived in the hospital, go back home, deal with your frostbite, repeat until sane.
Oh yeah and the weather here right now is weird... I saw dry lightning the other day, it fried an electrical box in my neigbourhood, a riot ensued, cops ensued, a fire hose ensued, dry lightning came back, ambulances ensued.
