The human race was almost wiped out. Not by Famine, not by war, nothing like that at all. It was the Matter Wave. First, the rain stopped. Now to some this was enjoyed, a few days of nice weather was an opinion shared by many. But then it started up again. Constantly, and not in drops. This was rain as thick as the flow from a tap. Billions died. Civilisation collapsed. Then as the water slowly sunk away over the years, The 2 billion or so survivors realized that the flood wasn't the bad part. There were still thousands of litres of water on what used to be dry land, and it didn't slowly drain away. No sir, it seemed alive, it spawned, expanded, moved as if it was alive. The Matter Wave, as it came to be known, was hungry. It could pursue a human down a corridor, and as soon as it held them for more than a few seconds... It absorbed the human into them. Turned them into water. And it moved so fast. So, so fast. It could move miles in just minutes. And if it really wanted to move fast. It could go back into the cloud it came from, and mix up into the other, harmless clouds in the air. you would never know where it would strike from. The humans had only one known way to fight it. Change it's natural state. Ice couldn't hurt you, and neither could gas. But this change was only temporary. As soon as the ice warmed up, it would become deadly once again. The humans had no choice but to leave earth, and they did, creating ships to get to other planets. The wave pursued them, but slowly died away. Except in those it had taken control of. No one knows if the people the wave possesed are still around, kept immortal under the waves power.

But now it is 300 years since the waves attack, and humanity has come back to earth, and has been slowly re-building. But now a new danger is posed to again threaten humanity. A major city, home to thousands, has been covered completely by a thick black fog. All connections into the city have been cut off. A few of the cities citizens have walked out, covered in fecal matter and vomit, and are completely insane. They have been put in quarantine, for reasons unknown to the public. All attempts to take away the haze, or send in rescue teams have failed. And now the haze is expanding. It is right about to reach your city. You could run, but soon the would will be covered. Can you defeat the biggest danger the world has faced since the wave?

Bio- Sophie is the dicendant of Dan Freeman and Rosa Kitridge. They would be something like her great great great great grandparents. Anyway, Dans weapons and Rosas beauty was past down in the generations and when Sophie reached 20 years of age, she inheredted Dans weapons and helmet. She put them in her room, not expecting to ever need to use them. She had a normal life. She had a boyfriend(Who i will control), She did well in school. But when she heard about the mist, she took the waepons from Dan and prepared herself.

Rainboq- Genetic engineering is a very advanced state, virtually anything (within reason) is possible. And humans have travelled to planets with life on before, but it is fairly expensive (20 million-ish) to do. Oh, and character is great.

It isn't a reboot. The wave 2 is a spin off, focusing on two characters rather than a whole world. This one will continue along the main storyline.

Possesions And Weapons- He has a small pistol strapped to his boot, and also has his handy-dandy Multi-Tool, which can be used for almost any situation.
Bio- He's spent most of his life on a fleet of settler ships around the outskirts of the galaxy. However after turning 21, he was accidentally sent into the deep of space in an escape pod. He was found by a Millitary ship, and has since been working as an engineer for the government, if only to work up enough money to buy his own ship to get home. However he was sent to Earth as part of the relief effort, hopefully to help repair any faulty communications.

Appearance: Following the styles at the time of his construction, Wednesday resembles a robotic scorpion, though the scorpion is about four and a half feet long and stands two feet tall. His body is dull metal, forged from heavy plates of armor, and his jointed tall reaches down to his head, which is more of a collection of various sensors, grouped together to create an analogy of a face. His pincers, large and powerful enough to crush steel, are capable of surprising dexterity and gentleness, and can extrude multiple different devices, including small, finer claws, a multi-tool selection and computer hardlinks
Occupation: Military drone, now decommissioned
Possessions And Weapons: Wednesday has been left with almost nothing of his old armory, and he now only possess a CREW (Concentrated Radiation Emitter Weapon), multi-tools and hardlinks in his claws, and the plate armor of his body. His intelligence is about 1.1 human basic.
Bio: 3W-2950 was built more than a decade ago, and served his time in in the armies of his creators, but when his designs became obsolete, he was decommissioned despite his distinguished service record. The military engineers stropped away his weapons, took apart his field projectors and grav-plates, and downgraded his intelligence from weapons grade 2.4 human basic to a mere 1.1 of the average human brain. Sent away a shadow of his former self, the drone adopted new name, Wednesday, and set about trying to make a living, which he made by advising security companies.
When the haze arrived, he found himself perversely pleased; here, at last, was a focus for him, a foe to fight. Old instincts, built deeply into his silicone and crystal core, stirred him to action; he would face this enemy, and he would do all he could to defeat it. The odds were irrelevant, all that mattered that eh fight, this last time.
Note: Wednesday may only be twelve, but he feels old; robots think and live a hundreds of times as people, and a decade is like a lifetime.

Possesions And Weapons-A Millitary grade engineer assistant, "she" is equipped with a welding torch, a steel-alloy cable (Which thanks to mods can be launched out like a grappling hook). She also can function as a vice, and is also built to climb high scaffolds (For antenna repair)
Bio- She was produced on one of the M.A.S.'s (Mobile Armory Ship), and was assigned to Rico when he joined the Millitary, and afterwards was heavily modded physically by Rico, and the two of formed something close to a friendship.
