I hate England. It's always freezing cold, always raining, full of sleet, but we hardly ever get any snow. We get snows retarded cousin sleet. I hate sleet.

This may be a dumb question, but what is sleet? Like freezing rain or something?

Snow that isn't quite snow, when it isn't quite cold enough for snow to fully settle but cold enough for it to melt slightly. It's horrible.
