I plan to keep it open for a fair while. I plan to rez it in February for Valentine's Day too.

Before this the longest running thread was Purp's picture thread. Maybe it still is I dunno.

EDIT: I never payed attention to the random battle thread, how many pages was that?

It's not even half as long as the Random Battle Thread was.

We're not going to be doing anything more until February, when we'll pull out our Valentine's Day addition.

I've got and idea for a holiday. We shall call it Escapist day! It will celebrate the day the escapist was founded. (July 12th, 2005) We shall put E's in our avatar. Such as the ones on the Escapist logo.

I would say that would definitely work. Although I was under the impression the whole holiday avatar thing had totally died off after holly. But yeah, Escapist Day would work.

I'm liking the idea of Escapist day. Part of the problem was that we couldn't think of a holiday in the summer.

Anyways, suggestions for Valentines themes please.

Ah yes, Valentines is coming up soon innit? Well, I believe that we were thinking of doing cupid's arrow, but that was a bit too hard to work in as I recall. Obviously the heart is a last resort, but I for one would like to do something more original, just like doing holly instead of a snowflake or something like that.

Sticking with Valentines, as Escapist day is a long way away, perhaps we could stick with the natural theme and go for a rose. Although, plants might not work for every holiday, it would be nice to keep it subtle, if people want to.
