Oh I don't know who'd be rating us, maybe the staff if they feel like helping. And you, I'd say E for Everyone. Maybe T at most.
Don't forget the new rating, E10+.

Ha, I'd need to find one for AO, but this could work. We just need to find a place with no holidays.

This is the kinda thing I was hoping for though. Fun holidays that aren't just "Let's slap a piece of clip art onto the avatar." Although I think we'll only be doing one or two made-up holidays like this. Otherwise it'll get out of control.

Sorry, I'm a damn proud norwegian. And screw you, I'll just make it in paint ..
Read rule 2 of the holiday suggestion guidelines. Worldwide appeal. We aren't doing country specific holidays. Which means no May 17th and no St. George's Day. Period. Same reason we aren't doing Fourh of July.
Xitel we did St Patrick's day (ok thats Ireland and America) but its still country specific.

EDIT: St. George is the patron saint of Aragon, Catalonia, England, Ethiopia, Georgia, Greece, Lithuania, Palestine, Portugal, and Russia, as well as the cities of Amersfoort, Beirut, Bteghrine, Cáceres, Ferrara, Freiburg, Genoa, Ljubljana, Gozo, Pomorie, Qormi, Lod and Moscow, Scouting, as well as a wide range of professions, organizations and disease sufferers.

As far as I'm aware St. Patrick's Day is a fairly wide-spread holiday, especially in the countries most Escapist users come from.

Not in Norway. I've never heard of it until I saw it a few years ago on the internet. Norway has nothing with St. Patricks day what so ever

Ah, I was unaware of that, to be honest.

I don't know if that's a joke or not so I'll say just to be clear that you're not "less important", I honestly didn't know St. Patrick's wasn't well known outside of Britain, Ireland, and the US (although thinking about it it makes sense).

WEll, it was a joke with a foot in reality. You see. Usually online people are saying that something is a fact, even though it's only for the "most populare" countries.
This is a bad example, but let's go with it.
"Canada are the only country that has free health care that works well" (This might be so full of flaws, but bear with me. It's just to prove a point). Let's say Australia, US, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Russia, China, Japan and etc don't have free health care. at all. And so these are the only countries taken in to consideration in a lot of people from those countries' mind. And they leave out lesser known countries like Norway and such. When you confront them with it, they're like "Whu-? Oh. That's a minor country. That doesn't matter to these statistics, because it's not big enough in the world". That's kinda getting on my nerves from time to time ..

Well, I apologize if that's the impression you got, but I can promise you that I don't think countries that are small are unimportant. Had I known that St Patrick's Day didn't have the same kind of widespread knowledge that I thought it did I wouldn't have approved it.

Ah, no. Nothing to worry about. As I've said before, we're .. We're kinda used to that treatment. And now I feel bad for pointing it out, since you appolegized =(

Fine! I'll just make my own Holiday Council! With hookers, and blackjack. In fact, forget the Holiday Council!

That's a quote, isn't it? I recognize that phrasing...
