Wow, the Sephiroth sackboy was popular for a while... And can you people please tell me what's so creepy about my avatar? This thread is snowballing quite well, if I might add. I just slept for 6 hours and when I comae back, 8 pages have been added.

It's the eyes. They look cold, soulless and dead. Replacing them with Holly would fix it.

How do you actually make the snow move? How much layers do you use for that?

Well that one took 9 layers moving at 0.15 FPS. All I do is make a layer of snow where the top half matches the bottom half then duplicate the layer over and over, moving each layer down a bit from the last till one overlaps the first. Then in the animate window, I put one layer of snow on each frame.

You're using CS4 right?
Because back when I was a photoshop enthusiast I was using CS3 and it took a while to get used to it, now I've got CS4 and the new functions are killing me, I still can't figure out how to animate properly.

I'm still using CS3 here. I have not yet tried CS4, so I can't be much help unless they haven't changed it.
