At best we're the ones being original/innovative by bringing a new concept into a old idea, you're the one being bland and pragmatic.

It's the only gif concept I mastered already (along with blinking) that's why I use it so much, once I branch out into others I'll stop using it.

Thanks for the tip, I'll try to put less flakes in and reduce the layers opacity .

Try blurring the outlines a bit more too. Right now it looks like it's just a bunch of circles falling down.
