@Unusual: Eh it try anyways, it's one of the few things I can do well, if given a good atmosphere I can make them laugh. Even sometimes without that. Its a gift that decides to work when it decides to work, both nice and a bastard.
Eh won't help, he's a good guy and were close friends but I'm not the person he would confine in if he did need somebody. Basically I'm just trying to be as nice as possible to him now and help him any way I can. He went out with her for about a year and a bit, pretty long for a high school relationship.

Well, sounds like your friend is going to take this hard for a bit. I take it they were serious as far as those things go. However, I guess you are doing all you can, which is plenty nice of ya. Good on you for being a decent human being.

I wonder if it is perhaps do to chemical problems, as well as blood flow problems, but I'm not willing to see a hospital, cause thats damn expensive to tell me I have nothing, or just confirm what I know.

I'm pretty much silly dumb with occasional serious set in to make things spicy.
Thats a crying shame, up here if your visit didn't require them to use equipment you don't get charged, government takes care of it(...I think).

Well, after seeing the system and examining it for some time, (As well as watching my parents dealings closely) I find that the medical business is usually pretty corrupted. Sure, there are good ones out there...but not finding a good one can cost you a couple hundred for just showing up and telling them you have a problem.
I don't exactly have that kind of cash just laying around.
