The Impending Soldier/Demoman Update (TF2)

I'm sure most of you have heard of this update, if not, welcome to the internets,

Anyway, how about a little more structured speculation from the escapist community. Personally, I think that this will the first of many updates that will establish a storyline for TF2. Hopefully the soldier will get some kind of combat shotgun, and grenades, while the demo might recieve the dynamite he once enjoyed, and a grenade launcher that fires 6 nades at once but has to be reloaded after each shot. Your thoughts?

I thought TF2 was a no grenades game, except for Demo?
Anyway, I don't play as either, so as long as they don't get any anti pyro/heavy guns, I'm a-okay with whatever they get.

Ya there aren't any grenades in the game now, but haven't you noticed all the grenades hanging off the soldier's chest strap, always bothered me that he never used them.

Hey, the pyro has gas grenades on his outfit. I highly doubt Valve would go back on their research that showed "GRENADES != FUN"
Also, we don't know for sure that both of them are in the update. The central theme of the comic Valve showed seemed to be about some new gamemode about "friendships" against the overarching government.

1st, of all, you aren't a buzzkill at all are you?

2nd, its been long enough since the last class update

3rd, In the comic she specificly said to call Mr. Hale, who has so far supplied all the update weapons

4th, I was just speculating about the grenades

Why would Valve turn tf2 into a grenade spam fuckfest? Also, I do believe that they have something in store for the demo and soldier, I just think it is more along the lines of achievements (finally). There'll probably be more.
