To help the war effort, we need YOU, the viewer, to help in various ways.

I'm Russia in the late 30's. Dead in the water.

If we went... "by the book" then months would seem like years. On that note it may take as long as 1-2 years to get a task force mobilised.

We'll send some consultants down to help speed things up
