I honestly can't believe that the thread has gotten to page three without mention of

Sure you'd need the crew as well but I'm assuming they would come with it.

Pffft, If I can bring any vehicle in to being it's going to be a Systems class GSV from the Iain Banks culture novels. it's it own world.

I have to say KITT from Knight Rider.
On one hand, it's a jet-black 1982 Pontiac Trans-Am.
On the other, it's intelligent, can drive itself, and it's loaded with gadgets.

I'm seeing a lot of Star Wars vehicles, so I'll go with one that I will absolute want.

The Hailfire Droid.

It is a tank with lasers and multiple rocket launchers. I completely dominate Battlefront 2 with this vehicle and I know that I would dominate life with this baby.

Ha-ha...no. The largest is SUPER Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, as seen in Lagann-Hen

See that little dot by its foot? That's Granzeboma, which was the same height as Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann

More on topic...I think I'd go with a Basilisk War Droid.

For nostalgia (of a futuristic space vehilce?) I'd go Enterprise, from Next Gen. And employ a lot of engineers to reverse-engineer the bastard so humanity can move to the stars. Or annihilate ourselves. Either way, it'd be sorted out real quick. We get along and expand, or we all die horribly.

TARDIS. It not only goes anywhere but also goes anywhen. It's the ultimate vehicle for 4 dimensional travel, and since we have yet to perceive dimensions beyond the fourth, those are the only ones I care about.

The "best" vehicle, maybe because it's overpowered to no end, would be the TARDIS. The Doctor may just come up with an idea to shift around the interior of the tardis and then park every other vehicle in it.
How would giant spaceships fit through the tiny police box door? Well, since its interior can be infinately big, why not use some similarly stupid spacemagic. Coat the vehicle in question with magic spacebutter so it can squeeze through :p

Alternatively to the Tardis, i'd take the Minecraft Minecart :D
Well actually if you take a TARDIS with a functioning chameleon circuit, you can change the outer shape so that it's
just a little bigger than what you want to put in it and then materialize around it.
Or, y'know just change the outer shape so that it can have a door big enough to fit whatever vehicle through it.

If the key is the Ancient gene, could I have Atlantis? If it came with 3 zero-point modules, it would be capable of interstellar space-travel.
