You should start Nuka-Cola challenge as soon as you can. Did every quest, got every acheivment but Nuka Cola challenge and the Bad karma achievments.
O and buy broken steel before you finish the main quest

All I'm missing are the mothership Zeta the nutral and bad karma ones, and Strictly Business. Made another profile and I'm working on them

If your speech skill is high anough you can get out of that quest only killing like 1 person. And if you did tenpeny tower already you don't have to kill tenpeny again so you dont have to do anything but pass a speach challenge.
