Well, a Spanish Swordsman Millita unit in Leon.

I exterminated the populace afterwards. I'm fairly certain they're already dead.

(CAPTCHA: dlobas cannot

Do you need some help with that, Dlobas?)

Just going through Fallout New Vegas again.

Just killed Motor Runner for his head/helmet.

I'd tell his wife and kids he died for a good cause, he died a hero in my eyes. He died to get my NCR rep up and for a few more caps .... my guns are running low on ammo.

I'm sure they would understand.

If they didn't i'd shoot them aswell .... or beat them with Nephi's Driver, like I said, my ammo is a bit short.

(Curse you hardcore mode and giving ammo weight .... I left a ton behind in Vault 3 due to not being able to carry it).

Gonna have to hide this one:

Ra's al Ghul was the last guy I killed. I'd hate to deliver that news to his family, they're ninjas... This isn't going to end well for me.

...Ok, how am I expected to feel sorry for either a giant spider, a skeleton, or a creeper's family?

I doubt that any of them have enough cognitive ability to feel that....

also, totally on topic:

The Goomba, Ghoul, Zombie, Locust, or whatever else the last enemy you killed was, had a family. A wife, three kids, a white picket fence, and college tuition to pay for his oldest. You now have to deliver the news of his/her demise and tell the family the reason he/she was killed.

Can you do it? Look them in the eyes and tell them you killed their loved one for a game?

Note: No you cannot just kill the family and continue on your way, nor can you burn the house down.

Edit: Even if you think you killed every last bit of his family there is still at least one person left. Could be a old lady could be a new born point is there is always at least one left you have to tell.
Hm...well. I just got done raiding a guys planet in Ogame so...considering he had no defenses I really don't think anyone died.

On the other hand it's possible someone put up a fight at their storage area. (Not like they'll just let my men walk in a take their stuff.) If thats the case then I'll just send them a planet wide broadcast telling them to join the Roman Empire (Alliance I'm in) lest they want it to happen again.

It was a Space Marine. If my human self is the one breaking the news, that would be easy. Gene seed was recovered probably, and it would be met with either indifference, or satisfaction at how he died in battle. If I was the Tau Commander I played when I killed him, well then actually I AM going to have to just kill his family and burn down his house because I would be seen as a heretic to be burned.

I suppose that the last game I played could have been TF2 instead of Last Stand, I forget which I played last last night. If TF2, I have to go to Scouts mom. Awesome.

A Crim on APB...

"I'm lieutenant Sarreth of the San Paro City Security Agency and I'm here to say I'm sorry, but your wife unloaded a full clip of her NTEC on me and I had to teach her how to aim, the hard way. She's not "dead" per se, since she'll respawn in about 10 seconds but I'm truly sorry for your loss, I mean, it's not everyday you find a woman willing to take up arms and still manage to miss most of her shots."

Since I didn't kill anyone in The Missing Link, it has to be the Renegade Commander from DoW2: Retribution. Given that he'd just sworn himself and his entire company to Chaos and was trying to sacrifice me to the Dark Gods, I'm quite sure his Imperial family would just see it as a big favour to us all. Even if we were the Orks. WAAAAGH!!!

A templar whom I shall not name for spoilers sake, I shouldn't be delivering the news to his family, I should be assassinating them as they are also templars.

Seath the Scaleless.

Poor bastard didn't stand a chance :)
no need to apologise to the rest of the family then :)

not to mention, all those crystal golems and crystal undead didn't seem to notice their master is dead... so they probably don't count as family.

And according to cannon, Seath was shunned by the rest of dragonkind and stripped of his scales because he betrayed them.

Short story, no one will miss him :p

Huh, that's awkward. The last one I killed was Golbez in Dissidia...as Cecil,
his brother. They didn't have any other family, so..."hi bro, sorry you're dead, but I had no choice"? Or, if you want to go into detail, "Our disembodied voice of a father asked me to kill you."

Kinda weird how mine would turn out, overall.
