If I had a week? I would go mental and jump back into the text-based MUDs that I hold so dear. I had to quit because I was getting too addicted, but, with a week to live, I'd revive my old character in Imperian, max out my stats and unleash something big in the world. =3 It would be awesome.
As the old joke goes:

FFX, full completion. Mainly cause I wouldn't have the patience to fully complete everything, so technically, I would live forever.
OT: FFX, full completeion, mainly cause it would takemonths a year, to properly finish (max stats, all celestial weapons, max blitzball stats, all overdrives, defeated penance, finished omega dungeon, and proabably lots more I don't know about.

My thought just here. If i was going to die, i would not play a single game. At all. I would be tying up loose ends in my life.tsolless said:

The former because it has an essence of mortality in it, and the latter because it looks to be damn awesome.
Probably Pokemon or FF7 or 8 (10 if I ignore the chocobo minigame. fucking bird dodging). I pick these games because they are relaxing and fun to me, and with one week left to live, I don't want to cut that already short week down by dying in a rage fit over some other games.
Either Duke Nukem 3D or the original Command and Conquer. One of them was the first game I ever played. Figured I may as well finish how I started. I wanna die in a hail of gunfire, wearing a suit, holding a glock, in a hail of gunfire in Los Angeles. Die wearing my favourite outfit holding my favourite gun in my favourite city in my favourite way.

Bah, the tragedy for me is that I got to 1% of the final boss's life when my parents dragged me out of the arcade with quarters in my pocket because my brother wanted to go home. Damn that sucked.
