The last play I went to?

Mother fucking Book of Mormon!
I think I won the thread.

It was hilarious and amazing.

I have the soundtrack memorized so I thought going to see it would be a waste of time, but I was wrong. So many funny things happen that aren't part of songs.
It was totally worth paying $45 for parking... on top of what I payed for the ticket.

Theatre you say?
Yeah recently I've been catching the plays at the Globe in London over the summers of the last two years. I think I'm seeing A Midsummer Nights Dream this weekend actually.
Plus i got to see Stephen Fry as Malvolio in As You Like It, I think it was?

The last time I saw a play was in highschool. I only went to them because one of my teachers gave extra credit for it, and I desperately needed it to pass.

Anyways, I think the last one was 'The Diary of Anne Frank'. It was pretty good too, considering that it was a student production.

That's kind of a trick question because the last several plays or productions I attended were the ones I was working in.

Mic running, and Audio engineer if I'm being paid and stage right/left manager, spot operator, or set mover if I'm volunteering.

The last play I saw that I paid to watch was Phantom of the Opera before it left Vegas, and it was awesome. I tried to get tickets to watch Wicked but they sold out stupid fast before I could get them. :(

There's a small little theater in the city that only does Shakespearean plays, and they're performed quite well. When I was there, they did The Merchant of Venice. I was surprised because it was the first time I had seen the play and with all the talk about Shylock and what he represents, I figured it was gonna be a drama. But it's actually a comedy, and a pretty damn funny one too.
