Some of the most epic dubstep I have heard in a long time

And I swear I had a bloody epiphany while listening to this the other day

I've been listening to these three songs, a lot but I adore the first one on my list, I mean I fucking love it.

Hurt by Johnny Cash, thread closed
Reznor's original is wayyyy better imo.
I don't know, the Johnny Cash version has this sad melancholy feel to it, the feeling you get when you think back about childhood, and, of course, his voice is SO incredibly beautiful.

It's a great cover, but I can't picture him doing heroine.

I honestly don't know if you're referring to a song called Heroine, if that's the case, I guess different artists different songs.

If you're making a remark about some artist doing heroine, I don't see how that is relevant, at all.

Explosive by Bond gets me every time. There are a lot of songs that I have that I consider to be "eargasm" worthy, but this is about the only one in which every single part does not fail to enchant me.

Damn, I like that.

Never heard of them, but I love when artists use classical or instrumental music in a more rock-ish way, i.e. Skillet's violinist, or anything from Nightwish.

The song "Hurt" is about Trent's past drug addiction to heroine.

"I hurt myself today,
To see if I'd still feel.
I focus on the pain,
The only thing that's real.
The needle tears a hole,
The old familiar sting;
Try to kill it all away,
But I remember everything."

It doesn't matter though.
