Awesome, truly awesome. I'd love for valve to end l4d 3 in Dallas, seeing as how they'll win next year, but I don't think they'll set it in the south again.

Left 4 Dead 3 ends in Minnesota, shooting zombies in the snow would be pretty awesome, and make for a blood-slicked sledding game.

Eh. Kinda interesting. Where's your source on the location of the end of L4D1? I never really saw any real life references, then again it's been a while since I've played L4D1.
In Blood Harvest a sign at the beginning of the campaign says Allegheny National Forest, that's in PA near Pittsburgh.

I just realized a very interesting coincidence.
Last year Left 4 Dead 1 ended near the Allegheny National Forest near Pittsburgh.
This year Left 4 Dead 2 ended in New Orleans.

Last Year the Pittsburgh Steelers won the Superbowl.
This Year the New Orleans Saints won the Superbowl.

Anybody else notice this?
Actually, you have to be careful, cause you can't be sure whether or not Left 4 Dead ends at Dead Air or Blood Harvest, because both are pretty game ending finales. (Plane, Armoured Army thingy)

Also they are rescued by the military at the end of Blood Harvest, i'd call that fairly game ending. We have no idea who's in the plane in Dead Air.

It would be even more interesting if this theory holds true and Left 4 Dead 3 ends outside the United States. That would send ya on a dousy.

Oh my god, Valve controls the Superbowl. What else do they control?
THE WORLD!!!!
Silly, silly person. They've already done that. You see, alot of people play Valve's games. everyone of them has a meaning in them. And this is the order:

Half-Life 1: Gabe Newell blasts away every person in his way (aliens). And destroys the nihilinth (World governments).

Team Fortress(2): Valve vs. Earths armies (The colors were changed up, Valve's army is always the winning team).

Half-life 2: Valve took a different shot in this one. The world is in the current time, we just don't see it. The Administrators(Gabe and other Valve staff) has enslaved the human race (Well... that's us). Ga- I mean, The Administrators have the combine (People that Gabe doesn't like too much) keep order (so if they die he won't care much). Then a man (Another duplicate of Gabe) goes and kills these people (The unwanted). The rest of the series is based off of this.

Now I know what ya'll are thinking "What about CS and DoD?" well Counter-Strike and Day of Defeat are mere ploys. Weapons used to control us. Also, I'm a Valve su(f)pp(a)ort(n)er, so don't get the wrong idea. Also, no fat jokes IT'S A MIRACLE!!!... Does that count?

OT: L4D3 better take place in Texas. Haven't heard the Texans (The team) win a super-bowl and the Cowboys winning would be cool as well.

What if L4d3 is set overseas?
"In a stunning turn of events, it...seems that China has won the Superbowl...?"
"Thats right Ken, who would've seen that coming."
"Dude, Valve."

Hopefully we get to see Chicago Ted in the next one

*Hint hint wink wink*
Wasn't that the guy who escaped the town in the L4D map, Silent Fear - by climbing down the power lines to the ground below?

The plane guy HAS to be uninfected because he's obviously been sitting in there for quite a while. And the military gets overrun heaps of times in other areas, why not the one they get taken to? But, the for the sake of simplicity, I concede.

Here's hoping Left 4 Dead 3 takes place in Tennessee. It'd be great! We could shoot Bible-Thumper Uncommon Common Infected!
Or maybe Infected that repeatedly say "On God.". Stop using it as some sort of replacement for articles!
Orange zombies. >.>
And doesn't Tennessee have the Body Farm?
...That would make for a suprisingly good setting for a zombie game.
