Just a few from fifa 10:

Playing world class mode and everytime you give away a freekick the computer scores

Goalkeepers rushing off their line even though you never pressed the button for it

not being able to score a goal from distance

Andy Gray

The music

Andy Gray

But I do love the game

Vanille making orgasm sounds the whole way through final fantasy 13. It was funny for a while but if you ever get caught playing it youre screwed for life.

Why can't I jump! WHY!!!!!!!???????? This is one of the most irritating things that got to me in Doom.
and oh dear god this. Since I was a child it has been just been bred into me that jumping is faster than walking. I may not need to jump at any point in the game, but dammit sometimes I just want to. Even rolling like in Zelda just doesn't seem sufficient.

If the number of numerical stats that I have to keep track of goes above four, I will probably hate it, and not finish it halfway through.

I swear every time I played this game my boyfriend would say, "why does she sound like shes having an orgasm??"

A person I found more annoying was that kid (cant remember her name) from star ocean the last hope, who kept saying, 'kay?
All.the.fucking.time.

I've never wanted to kill a fictional character as much as I wanted to kill her. Bad voice acting in general gets to me but REALLY!

Yeah lymle or something. To be honest the voice acting in most jrpgs is pretty bad. The english versions anyway. I still can't figure out why Fang and Vanille were austrailian unless it was some joke from square about austrailia being a torn up land full of beasts like the gran pulse.

When you float awkwardly.

I'm looking square at Bethesda on this one. No one walks or runs in Fallout or Oblivion. They flail there legs unrealistically while hovering forward over terrain. It looks stupid and makes the game annoying when your in a gun fight and your enemy is jetting at you high speeds while you trying to aim your freaking gun. Christ in a crapper. I couldn't deal with the games anymore.

Resistance 1 & 2. Killzone 2. Bioshock 1 & 2, Resident Evil 5, Alpha Protocol.

I can shoot quite well in those games. I generally hit my mark easily without any assist on. So why does it have to be so god damn hard to hit anything ranged in Fallout 3 and Oblivion.

Because there not moving like a normal creature. Its because they all have hover packs on there god. Damn. Feet.

*deep breath* Nerd rage over.

1. That I'll have to put up with motion controls soon from all 3 console market competitors... I have only horrible memories to make me a skeptic...
Two words: "Atari Mindlink" (look it up).
Two more words: "SEGA Activator"
And a final two: "Power Glove"

2. Rabid fan bases or consoles/games that border on "retarded" and/or "nonsensical" and having to listen to them for more than 2 seconds.

3. Downloadable content that's already on a disc, yet I have to pay $15 to $20 for a 500Kb file to "switch in on."

4. That I still don't get to download a certain favorite classic title for the function that makes my Wii worth using; Final Fantasy III (VI) from the SNES for Virtual Console.

5. That more RPG games don't have Character Creation. If I have to be a predetermined character for the story's sake, I don't want a lot of verbal freedom. I can't care about my own actions if I can't relate to the character I'm stuffed into in the first place (I usually end up relating to characters I CAN'T BE in those cases). This is just me though... if I can be me, I want the freedom. If I have to be someone else, just execute the story and leave me out of it, I'm simply along for the ride.

Invisible walls are a really horrid annoyance. It just feels like bad gameplay design to me, surely something else can be put there to stop me from leaving this intended game area? "Nope, sorry, you'll just have to deal with this invisible forcefield that makes no sense given the game's attempt to strive for realism."

Moving right along; when a protagonist gets a voice actor change. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that during the earlier days of Splinter Cell: Conviction's development, Michael Ironside was considering not playing Sam again. If they recast Sam Fisher, that would've been a no-sell for me, for sure. And now that Cole MacGrath is said to be voiced by someone else... aw, hell.

Where to begin...

1. Games with undeservedly rabid fanbases.
2. Bad remake games of old, old classics.
3. Games that won't let you customize you controls.
4. Multiplayer games without servers, just that stupid automatching system.
5. And, of course, games on the PC that require you to use actual save points.

Weapon mechanics being unrealistic, and scale(I'm looking at you, Halo: Reach).
It's futuristic sci-fi action. It's not SUPPOSED to be realistic.

Anyway, it annoys me when you have to go through unskippable tutorials every time you start a new game.
