I've done games like Max Payne and Portal in 1 go, and I did also do Max Payne 1 and 2 in a single continuous run.

But the longest single game I played in one sitting was a full runthrough of Mass Effect, all the sidequests, levelled characters into the fifties, including DLC, in one playthrough. Clocked in at about forty hours.

I had prepared by getting food and drink ready (mainly drink) and I don't count toilet breaks into the overall time, because poopsocking is not something I even want to try.

But seriously, I beat Half Life 2, and its two episodes in a single sitting.

I once played through Metal Gears Solid 1-3 on Hard difficulty (not extreme; I want my radar..) over the course of a weekend with no sleep. I skipped the cutscenes, mind you, but there ya have it.

The first Genji on ps2, about 14 or so hours.

I generally play longer games (in the 40+ hour range) so i don't have many examples. This would just be the time i spent playing a good RPG btw, it's not special playtime, it's just that the game was short.

Umm nothing really, unless you count the days of Mario where you couldn't save your progress. Hell I didn't even beat the MW2 campaign in one sitting and thats what 6-7 hours?
