I've put a total of 226 hours into Pokemon Crystal, as well as another 80 into Silver and Gold (each).

Single player console game would probably be Fallout 3. I'm still just wandering around finding things.
Multiplayer console would be Halo 3 just because I never really had any other live games that I liked.
EVE Online, the last time I checked I had over 4800 hours, but it's been quite a while so I'd say around 5000 by now. I started playing when I was in high school so I had too much free time and EVE is a game you can easily semi-AFK in so it was open most of the day 
I can't say those 5000 hours were completely wasted though, I have learned quite a lot from people over the years.

1. 3,336 Hours (139 Days) for WoW (just on my main character, but I only have one 80 anyways...)
2. 2,000++ Hours on "Hero"/music games, (guitar hero / DJ hero / rockband ect...) i have 6 plastic guitars, 2 turn tables from DJ hero and Beatmania, and 3 plastic drum sets, one of which can be used as a real drumset. There isnt a song in any music game I cant beat... (Beat all the endless setlists and got the cyborg challenge for Through the fire and flames expert drums)

4. 485 Hours on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Currently Prestige 7)

This may or may not sound a little sad. but i played Heroes of Might and Magic 2 or 3 (can't remember) for 3 days straight. This was a long time ago. the only reason why i spent that long was because the game entered a vicious cycle that i couldn't get out of. it was a stalemate that would never end and kept re balancing itself out between me getting the upperhand to the computer enemy getting the upper hand and it continued on and on that way. man that pissed me off. lol.

This is followed closely by Pokemon yellow, before my first save was overwriten by someone else, I had managed 255 hours on it, the AA's required for something like that undoubtedly cost more than both the gameboy and the game.

Final Fantasy Tactics took 280 hours of my life on the original little grey PS1 memory card. I also have 150 hours of FFT logged so far on the PSN version they released recently. Also, 80 hours on my PSP Go version. So yeah. I like Final Fantasy Tactics. I play that shit like Tetris.
