If you where to convert the stats to comparable numbers then you could say that. If some one made a game where everyone had trillions of health then someone could say the characters from said game would win every time they where compared. And I don't use hacks in PC games.

In this game 1000 speed equals speed of light, max for each stat besides HP and SP is 40 million.
40,000,000/1000 = 40,000 faster than the speed of light is the max speed.
Level 25 charter can lift 40 tons and run around like he is wearing feathers.
Tell me what a level 1200 can do now.
I say he wins because it's compared to real number and it exceeds it.
And Laharl can blow up the planet in 2 seconds while he is on it and have no harm done to him.
He also destroyed 2 million space ship within seconds with ease.
