The meaning of life is - "a characteristic that distinguishes objects that have signaling and self-sustaining processes (biology) from those that do not, either because such functions have ceased (death), or else because they lack such functions and are classified as inanimate."
Taken from Wiki.
If you meant, "what is the meaning of the life of an individual human," then I can tell you that it's whatever that human decides it is, or whatever other humans decide it is, within the parameters of being human, obviously.
If your question was more geared toward the ultimate outcome of humanity, I would say that we'll either all die eventually, or we will spread out across the universe for all time, universe permitting (if it didn't, than the first would be the case).
If your question was asking more "what is the point of existence itself?" then I don't think I can help you. Asking a scientist "why did the big bang occur?" is like asking a religious person "why does God exist?" You are never going to get a real answer, though you may get some circular reasoning.
Or you could just say "toss is" and enjoy your privileged life while you live it instead of considering esoteric philosophical problems while people around the world struggle to make ends meet.
