I ask because she seems to be the only reoccuring character with no name or backstory, and it got me curious.

I...I think that's Orochimaru from Naruto. Or at least it looks like him. The dumb headband is there.

I'm not crazy, am I? I look at Critical Miss rather frequently now but I haven't actually followed it for years.

I would change my avatar but there aren't enough gifs. I need to have an animated avatar, damnit!

The person is clearly a woman in all the appearances of her I've seen, so can't be him.

Edit: Thats a person in panel 4 you're seeing. Her name is Penny, and she draws a lot of Nathan Fillion Rule 34. Presumably, thats what she just unveiled.

There was a Rule 34 animation set that could've been turned into a gif, but, well, against CoC. I do have an idea for a semi-animated gif...

Ah, that's me not being particularly familiar with the comic, then. I'm a bit of a 'casual' reader if anything, and I've only really recently started looking at the comic every time a new panel comes out. What's the idea you've got?

Hey guys. Grey here. Cory and I are super flattered by the topic. For those of you wondering where the dancing Erin gif came from. Cory made that himself. It's based on the <url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oAdr94fzNPA>ed from Dragon Half.

Totally unrelated to anything so far in the thread, and I know you've gone with a different style in Critical Miss since its been posted, but I'm wondering who this character is:

That's not Penny. As far as I know, she was never given a name, backstory, or purpose. I assume that Grey and Cory meant Molly to be bisexual or something, but they had this character in and never did anything with her. Penny is the one with grey skin, holding the tarp in the fourth panel.

Erin is coming... The Month of Erin is the "X History Month" of celebrations, where we all gather around our high-end PCs wearing our Erin-based avatars to celebrate the goddess known as Vivian James Erin, all leading up to the anniversary of the first issue of Critical Miss on The Escapist...

Or, at least, that's how I see it... Too bad I'm waiting until I burn my console peasentness March Mayhem ends to change my avatar otherwise I would have done it yesterday two days ago...

Why is this the first I heard about themed months? I sort of noticed it but I didn't know it was organized. I feel like looking back at a photo album and realizing I looked like a fool the entire time... several years in a row. So, like actual high school again.

The frame with her mouth closed and her arm down, could have her drink in that one, and dance with it in the rest, would fit the tone well enough. She'd look very happy to have a frappe

Guess again (well, I'm assuming they came form the same place I tracked down the one in your sample templates). And there's more, but from the look of them it'd be much harder to edit out the dicks.

I think this is a really nice idea, and a great way to celebrate 5 years of their comic.

I'll hopefully be joining in as soon as MM officially ends. If anyone can find a slightly blonde-looking Erin in the meantime, I'd be very grateful. I like to stick to my blonde avatars after all.

Just want to go over with what you'd like before smithing away.

I am concerned it would be too busy to have 2 characters in one avatar. I could give the original image used of Bridget. In fact, I'll do it right away incase you can work with it.

If it does gett too busy, then Erin alone (no pun intended) will do.
As for background, my favorite colour is turquoise, so massive kudo's if you could use that colour.

Forgot to ask ... will you be updating the thread per time someone accepts a submission or wait until the end where everything's been done? Only wanted to question this because I forgot to quote you in my previous post submitting 2 Avatars to a given user lol.

EDIT: God's Fist accepted the Avatar I made him in the Avatar Store.

I believe I'm doing the prior and not the latter. I'm only going by asking for avatars(pending requests) and when people accept and use them (request gallery). So 0takuMetalhead will still be under "pending" until it's guaranteed they're satisfied.
