The jedi in star wars battlefront 1. Though I will admit it was fun knocking them off the level on bespin. Also the ghost things from zelda ocarina of time.

The wall master is by far the most annoying enemy ever invented. It exists only to grab you if you stand still and drag you back to the begging of the level, it does no damage and has no ill effect besides just arbitrary making you walk back... oh and it often respawns infinitely. *shadow forms below feet* As a matter of fact I think that-*Wallmaster falls and drags back to homepage*

The Feral Ghoul Reaver looks like a normal ghoul besides the metal armor on its chest, for some reason that gives it a shitton of HP, it can throw radioactive gore which is basicly radioactive grenades but they almost never miss you. Strong, Fast, and damn annoying. Luckily there are like only one or two in a group of ghouls.
You have to be like half way through Broken Steel to see them yourself, I think that maybe why you haven't seen them.

Mainly all that is said above, so I'll say something different. The Creature from Order of Ecclesia. When you first fight it, it's okay, especially if you know its attacks. However, when you're doing the large cavern, and you fight two... Try to dodge machineguns? Get hit by the others missile. Tryto dodge the missile? Get hit by the others electricity. Try to dodge the electricity? You can't because you're being shot by a machine gun. And then it grabs you on the head. Try to actually fight? You're dead. I just dodge until the door opens...also the tinman outside of the armory (because they get stuck on platforms), they move so fast, you can't get a hit in!
Gravity. That bugger always bites you in the ass when you least expect it, and you can't kill it...only delay it.

Definitely bats! And the ravens in the first Resident Evil games. Basically, anything that's too small to hit and is flying. Man-hacks in Half-Life 2 piss me off no end as well.WanderFreak said:
Also, the guards in Assassin's Creed. They're permanently on my hate list because I was walking with my head down trying to pick pocket someone, and one of those FUCKING lepers pushed me into a lady who was carrying a vase. Vase fell on floor and breaks, guards yell "ASSASSIN!", pickpocket target legs it, I have to fight off 30 guards. Can I add the lepers to the most annoying game enemy? They're not technically an enemy because you're not allowed to kill them, but they piss me off more than anything.
