Now? Ummm... I guess Last Guardian, since sometime in the future we're planning on getting a current-gen console.

Or New Vegas.

Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, I was so hyped about this game, and it sorta delivered, though it fell short on the whole horror part
No More Heroes 2, this was an awesome game, and I wasn't disappointed in it at all
Mass Effect 2, again, this wasn't disappointing at all
MW2, the only reason I was hyped about this game was the campaign, and I liked it
Right now, I'm hyped for Mass Effect 3 (yeah it's probably 3 years before its release date is even announced, but I just want to see how the story ends
Half Life EP3, again I want to see how the story ends
Portal 2, I just want to play with Portals some more

at the moment for me im higly anticipating games such as Halo Reach, Medal of Honor, GoW3 etc, in the past probably games like Halo 3, GoW, Call of Duty, qthere has been quite a few games ive anticipated.

For me, definitely Transformers: WfC. Then Deus Ex: Human Revolution, and maybe Brink.

Though, I'm already pumped for Mass Effect 3, so that'll overtake all as it gets closer.

The possibility for Elder Scrolls V, is about the only thing that has me hyped for the moment. As for the most anticipated release ever, for me, would be Oblivion.
