In all honesty, I played Resident Evil 5 with someone and I found it incredibley boring.
The highlight, getting to the goal point before my partner:
"Sheva. Sheva. Come on. Come on. Sheva. Over here. Sheva. Sheva. Over here. Come on."
also,
"I need an egg." I found that quite amusing.
