I think it would probably be a reflected sniper shot off of a mountain in Valhalla, it killed someone in the back of their base with a headshot =D, so I'd think this way.

Killing someone by jumping off their head in Unreal Tournament (any of them). Do the Mario! Or killing someone by sniping them across the level with Oddjob's hat in 007: Nightfire (anyone remember that game?).

Shooting the tires out on a speeding enemy vehicle in Just Cause 2 and watching it do a barrel roll before exploding into a golden fireball of flaming metal.
Just off of the top of my head, manual mark and executes in Splinter Cell (It can be either just 2 headshots before either can alert anyone, or get close to two enemies talking in the dark, headshot one and melee the other, or grab one guy, headshot the other and snap the neck of the guy you're holding in a space of less than 3 seconds).
In Just Cause 2, you can attach your grapple hook to 2 [nouns]. One of my favorite things to do is shot a red barrel until it is on fire, not quite exploded, then attach it to an enemy guard. When 2 nouns are attached, they tend to launch towards each other which makes my method of killing pretty funny to watch

Anyways: Getting a hooker into your car in GTA IV. Park on the end of a bridge or something. When she's finished, she'll get out and fall to her death. (Maybe not to her death. It depends how far the drop is)

Halo 3: A buddy of mine, "Bill", has one kill to go in a match on Last Resort. He calls his shot: he is going to kill his opponent, another friend, "John", with a mongoose. As everyone knows, this is a little bit like killing someone with a bicycle, so doubtful mockery ensues.
Bill rides the mongoose through that apparently useless wheel and abandons it in the trench the wheel cuts into the ground. Shooting starts happening. His enemy eventually ends up in that same trench, preparing a killshot -- when the mongoose, which was swept up by the wheel several seconds earlier, loses its grip on whatever was holding it up there, and plummets to earth. Or, more specifically, it plummets to whatever planet they're on.
Or, to be even more specific, it plummets to John.
Win. Literally.

Spider-Man 2. I always found it amusing to immobilize an enemy with webbing, then carry them to the top of the Empire State Building. Once there, I would promptly Izuna Drop/Spinning Piledrive them onto the pavement hundreds of feet below. Even more amusing is that Spider-Man can't survive a fall from that height.... unless he happens to be upside down holding a thug while spinning at Mach 3.
Mega Man X: When a boss is on the verge of death, I like to charge the X-Buster, then wait for them to jump/dash at me. When that happens, I dash-jump at them so that I'm at their face height, then fire at point blank range and yell "BOOM HEADSHOT!"
Devil May Cry 4: Dance Macabre (dashing at the enemy followed by long, very powerful sword combo, in which the second last hit launches the enemy straight up in the air, and the last hit intercepts them before they hit the ground, smacking them away like a baseball.), except after the second last hit, I switch out the sword for the gauntlets/greaves, and Real Impact (Shoryuken type move with a long startup delay, which can't hit anything that isn't stunned, or standing still for a few seconds) them before they can recover.
Smash Bros. Brawl: As Ganondorf, I like to knock enemies off, then jump off the stage as they try to recover. Then I turn back towards the stage and Flame Choke (the dashing grab move). If I don't catch the enemy, I've lost nothing, as I'm safely back on the stage. However, it's likely that as the enemy's trying to get back on the stage, they'll get in between me and the edge. Of course, if that happens, they get Chokeslammed into the abyss.

You can reverse pickpocket any kind of explosive into an enemy, which then goes live, explodes, and kills what ever it was.TimeLord said:

I guess it was in Dead Rising. Throw zombies down with a bowling ball? Or impale one in a drill and go around knocking down his buddies with his mutilated body? Or how about smashing a painting on one of 'em and then spray it with a super soaker just for sh*t's and giggles? I think that game has the most different ways to take down enemies in the history of gaming.
Also, not to forget Madworld. Although repetitive, smashing a tire, a traffic signal and then getting impaled through the head sounds quite creative. And speaking of which, Bayonetta, where you can cut to mince meat an angel with big breasts using a chain whip.

Take a pool cue on one of the Hitman games, hold the left mouse button and sneak up behind someone. Release the button, and you drive the pool cue through the poor bastard in front of you 
I once was experimenting with C4 on the original mercenaries. I laid a charge under an empty vehicle, and detonated. It flew over, hit and killed an enemy soldier that I hadn't even seen.
