Oh wait, you want Fictional. Fine, a black hole bomb.

Don't be too proud of this technological terror you've constructed. The ability to destroy a planet is insignificant next to the power of the Force.
Ummm aren't you wearing a stormtrooper helmet?
Sometimes you just want to walk to the shops without people asking for your autograph.

A temporal paradox seems to be able to wipe out a galaxy according to Dr Emmett Brown. That or just cause a fainting spell.

I want to say something from 40K, but nothing I can think of comes close to some of the things already mentioned.

So I'm gona have to go with the Reality Bomb. Doesn't just destroy the universe, but also EVERY OTHER UNIVERSE, TIME AND ALL THE BITS IN BETWEEN!!

All of creation, gone.

Magic. It can literaly do ANYTHING. Wanna skin a man to bone? Child's play. Wanna annihilate the galaxy? Why not! Wanna end all existance as we know it to the point it never existed in the first place? It can be done, and hell,it WAS done in Final Fantasy VIII,via Time Compression.

After much thought and consideration I have to go with one of the most destructive fictional powers ever. The Force. It can be used to pull spaceships out of the sky, need I say more?
I was going to say The Thought Bomb which Darth Bane used (or rather, tried Kaan to use) to end the war between the Brotherhood of Darkness and Army of Light. Granted, it didn't actually kill anybody (except for that woman whose name I don't remember, depending on whether you read the book or the comic), it locked everyone who was close to it within a singularity where they will live in torment until the end of time (so it'll likely be in Force Unleashed 2)

Without The Force, there would be no Force-Lightning, Battle Meditation, Thought Bombs or, whatever the hell it was Naga Sadow used to power a cruiser despite it's lack of an engine.
