I was just watching Old Boy for about the seventh time and every moment had me completely awe-struck and at the same time horrified. I love this movie, and whenever I talk to someone about it, it's always to say both, watch this, it is amazing and at the same time, STAY AWAY!!! ARRGHH! I STILL HAVE THE NIGHTMARES!!!

What other movies are there like this? Which do you think are the worst/best?

Just like to add, seriously, watch Old Boy and then tell me you weren't disturbed at the end.

The Jackass movies.

More semen, naked men, and shit than even the most enthusiastic elderly nursing home.

God, that is the best advice ever. I googled it once.

...mistake.

But that's not a movie, this is a topic about disturbing or disgusting MOVIES.

A Serbian Film. My God. It's like Human Centipede and Clockwork Orange had a baby and the baby turned out to be Satan.

Sion Sono's Strange Circus + Takeshi Miike's Visitor Q
Strange Circus is also one of my favorite movies. Strangely enough both of them involve family life in one way or another.

Brain Dead (Dead Alive in America)is one of the goriest movies I've ever seen. It's so light-hearted and tongue in cheek though that its actually a fun movie rather than full-on disturbing. Which makes it a bit easier to watch again and again. Although admittedly you do feel a bit sick afterwards.

It should have been a comedy.
It really shouldn't. It's funny seeing the bad acting that same mask again and again for about 15-20 minutes. Then it just because just so, so so awful.

Arguably, A Serbian Film is a good movie. It's very well-acted and technically impressive. The issues with it lie in the execution which ends up blurring the films message.

With that in mind, I'll go for Antichrist which is one of the most bleakly beautiful films I've seen.
From what I have seen, I can't decide whether I want to see Antichrist or not, and looking up a Serbian Film, I really don't want to see it.

White Chicks. Yep.

Seriously, though, the leg shaving scene in Cabin Fever got me all...woogy...which doesn't happen very often in movies.
