Why? Despite being less likely to harm innocent bystanders, swords and melee weapons are a bit more brutal as they are less likely to kill the opponent but would instead maim them and they would die from bleeding out, infection, or some other injury. I would rather be shot than to die slowly. On the topic, I would say flame-based weapons such as the flamethrower and napalm (and white sulphur, thanks SteelStallion). I've seen a pic of a young girl immediately/shortly her and her village were caught in a napalm attack...that image haunts me. Her clothes had been mostly burned from her body, her body was rather charred, and her face told the story of what she had witnessed. That had to be so horrible for her.Armored Prayer said:

Why, you're one of those people who promote the new melee weapons in TF2? If good Lord would've wanted the Demoman and Soldier be meleeists, He wouldn't have made them Scottish and given them an explosive tube to fight with. I wouldn't erase any weapons. Instead I would add Gunblades to the real world. Specifically Lightnings Gunblade.
Various flame-based weapons, napalm and fuel bombs and such. Burning your victims to death is just being a dick, and causes a lot of unneccessary suffering in addition to torching natural habitants and civilian areas.

It isn't the only one but it was one of the first. I'd say it's a tossup between gas (mustard, nerve, etc) and any kind of biological weapons. Land mines would be a close third, mainly because their purpose is to maim rather than kill.iLikeHippos said:
