Dunno. I've had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome since I was eleven so probably not very much.

I think one time I chased after a dude full pelt for like twenty minutes, but I can't remember why or if I caught him.
I remember being bedbound for weeks after, though. That was fun.

Riding a bike all day long.

That's the longest period, but it's not really hard. VO2max test is probably the hardest by definition.

Also, my dad beats us all. He regularly runs marathons (more than 2 a year) and he's climbed almost all the way to the top of Everest.

At 48.

Yeeeeeah, I can't even scratch the surface.

One day my mother wasn't home, so I had to walk all the way to the fridge for an ice cream, then come all the way back. Luckily she's home most of the time so I just yell at her from the basement and she brings me things.

Climbing Mt. Emei. It was a 40 mile hike up to the top of a 3km tall mountain. The part that made it especially hard and the reason I didn't make the hike down was the flu I had just gotten over. I was starting to have symptoms again when I reached the top.

Personally it would be a week of Conservation Work in the Australian Outback rebuilding fences damaged by the flooding. Clear debris; remove the damaged posts, and replant new ones, repeat for several miles a day. And at the end of it they ?treated? us with a hike up Mt Alexander carrying full packs...

Though a mate of mine in the British Air Cadets participated in a ?24 Hour March?. 3 groups. 1 hour of intense exercise and military drills for one group while the other two rested, repeat the cycle non-stop for 24 hours...

All time: 10 mile hike over rough terrain w/ river crossings and some climbing.

Recently: 30ish minutes of weights, jumping jacks, mile walk, and finally jogged 3 miles without walking.

lets see.

500m swim.
10km cycle.
5km run.

Only took me an hour and ten minutes. Then it took me 30 mins to get changed and get to the car (I did it at the gym) and I needed both hands for the handbrake....

Damn fine workout.

I did a rogain a little while back - that was pretty intense - and my school does a twenty four hour hike thing for charity once a year, although that's far more laid back. Most though? Maybe four hours of kayaking, for ages up the coast. My arms afterwards...

I've taken a TaeKwonDo class, but it soon became more of a "buisness" than it was a "business that teaches TaeKwonDo".

So I took Weight Training classes in High School. Now during the summer it seems I'm not doing anything at all really.

Walking everywhere in New York City, had a pedometer that read 27.2 miles. Legs were trembling cause I was so tired, we only stayed there for 2 days, and we left the day Comic Con arrived D:
