Well, you know what, sometimes, when people ask you things during a fight.. That Enter key just slips up twice.. It's hard to tell, the chatbox is so unnoticeable..Asymptote Angel said:

I had my first Crowning Moment of Fail when I first played Resident Evil 2. I was just starting to get into the series and bought the Playstation version off of Ebay; I started it up on Leon's disc and after watching the intro sequence I was thrust into the world of Survival Horror.
And this is where it all went downhill. Despite having played RE3 no more than a week before over a friends and somehow defeated Nemesis, I completely and utterly forgot what the 'Run' button was. Cue about 7 zombies bearing down on me and I panicked and mashed every button except 'Run'.
I died, in front of my best friend who was watching. Failtastic.
And this is where it all went downhill. Despite having played RE3 no more than a week before over a friends and somehow defeated Nemesis, I completely and utterly forgot what the 'Run' button was. Cue about 7 zombies bearing down on me and I panicked and mashed every button except 'Run'.
I died, in front of my best friend who was watching. Failtastic.
Flying a Plane in BF1943 mostly ends in fail for me.
However, more embarassing was a moment last Thursday at the Gamescom in Cologne. I played the Singularity Demo with a friend of mine watching, and get to a room where i have to insert a missing fuse to open a door.
In an enviroment that consists of 3 small rooms, i am completely unable to find that damn fuse, and as one of the booth workers passes by he points me to that damn thing lying around in plain sight and continues to say that i am "very good", in a way that one would talk to an idiot child (i'm 22, probably older than him). My friend later laughed at me pretty hard.
And since i am starting to think that that booth guy wasn't cynical that somehow really starts to hurt ^^.

i would say, my fail moment is when (remember, i was just a normal guy, i have just recently become what would be called a 'hardcore gamer')(recently being in the past year or 2) I was up North at my Grandpas house for a week, and it took me an entire day to beat the second boss in Kirby Squeak Squad on the DS. I look back now and laugh, then go back to TF2. Those were simpler times.
Oh, Raptor Jesus! The video game world is rife little episodes of FAIL. If I really had to pick one... I'd have to throw it back to the SNES. There was a game called Street Combat. It was made by the devil. The sole existence of that game is to punish, he who would attempt to slay God himself. That game sucked so much ass, it's incredible.
