I'll explain the scene

First hes bitten by a werewolf that kills his friend and survives he goes to a hospitol and falls asleep

This is where it gets weird. He has a dream that werewolf nazi zombies are attacking his family. Then he wakes up after getting his throat slit the nurse comes in going "whats wrong?" then she opens up a window curtain and ANOTHER freaking werewolf nazi zombie comes through the curtain. He wakes up again then he looks over to his left and sees a zombiefied version of his best friend and he wasn't dreaming.

You've just wrecked all the surprise in that scene for me now, with your spoilerrific description. The next time you get the urge to explain a scene to someone in extreme detail, don't. Instead, just tell them to go and watch it themselves. They will enjoy it more if they can't see the surprise coming.

Hmmm... most messed up scenes I can think of (which I won't wreck by telling you what they are):

* That infamous scene in Un Chien Andalou (done in the 1920s and wrongtown to this very day)
* That really freaky surprise bit in Hidden (otherwise a letdown of a film but arguably almost worth it for that one bit where...)
* The final scene of Dogville (very messed up but strangely satisfying, like a good meal at an expensive restaurant)
* Most of everything about Hard Candy (a great film slightly ruined by too much sermonising)
* The very ending of Oldboy, right at the VERY end after all the violence is over (will have be changed for sure if Hollywood decide to remake it, no Hollywood studio would ever dare end a film like THAT)

That nipple scene, yes that really messes with me. I find that hard to watch. I can watch people getting shot in the face all day on TV, but don't cut your nipples, that's just wrongtown.

A couple years ago, I would have told you it was the scene in "Meridian: Kiss of the Beast" where the female protagonist and her friend are drugged and put to sleep, dragged into bed-chambers by a pair of masked gypsies, stripped, and raped, and then one of the gypsies turns into a werewolf midway through the act. The werewolf gypsy and the protagonist later fall in love.

That was before I saw "Pink Flamingos." Lots of people think the defining fucked up scene in this movie is the bit where the protagonist eats dog shit at the end (no special effects, she literally eats dog shit), or the infamous "singing asshole" (not a jerk, a literal anus). I disagree. For pure shock value, it's the scene where the two people start fucking holding a live chicken between them. It's not pleasant or funny; the woman has a big bloody peck-wound in her leg at the end of it.

 

[I Framed OJ]

Watch the scence in the movie "The Girl Next Door" (Not the comedy) with a mother encourageing her 4 boys to tie up a 14 year old girl, strip her, or they will beat her disabled sister. Then when the mother goes to sleep, and I don't know what happend next, but the only reason they didnt rape her was because the mother said she was filth and they couldnt touch her. I stopped watching, as we where in the mood for a comedy...and got that...
