Skags? I love fighting Skags. They are fun to eliminate. It is much like a game within a game.

I hate hate hate Zubats.

I also hate Undead Soldiers and level 2 Gorgons from God of War (oh the nightmares of Challenge of the Gods room #8...)

I'd say Albino Radscorpions are a real pain because they have massive pools of health, like to travel in groups, and have resistance to almost all of your weapons. Those bastards can lay waste to Deathclaws without breaking a sweat.

I also hate Spiderants in Borderlands because they never stop popping out of the ground.

Alternatively: Otis from Dead Rising since he waits for you to be completely surrounded by zombies to call you to get you killed and if you hang up to save your life, he berates you for it.

Otis is truly evil. When he was calling me to tell me about some fat guy in a store whilst zombies began chewing up my feet, I was convinced that he wanted me to die.

Every character there is in Supreme Commander, and doubly so in Forged Alliance - because their voice acting is fucking wooden! Except maybe for Dr. Brackman.

DISCLAIMER: I've played Russian version, so original voices may be better. Or not.

Umm... I don't really hate data-structures and AI-algorithms that much...

I guess knowing the sience behind the magic makes it boring...

But result of those algorithms working can still be bloody annoying (for the entertainment product, at least).

He was the central enemy for MGS2 and 4, so I count him as this decade.

Spoiler: Spoilered for the sake of those who haven't played all of the metal gears

He was Ocelet in those, with liquids personality imprinted upon him. He ceased being the main antagonist and was more of a seperate personality Ocelot was using to get at zero, I think the game refered to him as liquid ocelot. He wasn't really the same character as liquid snake.

Yes, but you don't find that out until the end of 4, so I still count him as a villain of the decade and since MGS4 is my favorite game of all time, he's my most hated enemy. But if it makes you happy, Ocelot gets most hated villain then.
