Yeah, the most god awfully painful experiences that have ever happened to you.

Mine would be when I once had a jaw problem, and it randomly had these phases where it would hurt horribly, (one of the most painful things of my life) unfortunately a lot of these fits of unbelievable pain would last hours, and would start when I was asleep, waking me into that sort of sleep paralysis that lasted quite a while with that horrible pain.

Anyway, over the counter pain medication did absolutely nothing. In the end, I took one of my mother's prescription pills that was essentially OMFG pain killer, which took the edge off. Slightly disappointing as it was still far from gone, and then it knocked me out for four hours and I woke up feeling fine.

Aside from that, I was doing an eight mile walk, with a huge bag full of gear when I was 14, wearing trainers that were too small. When the pain started, I wasn't allowed to walk barefoot and after the walk was finished, and we were back at school, there was nobody who could give me a ride home, so I had to limp painfully home. I pried off my shoes, and my big toe had basically been crushed inside my shoe, and was bleeding and so swollen, I couldn't walk properly for the rest of the week.

...spinal tap when I was fifteen. Worse than being shot (and that's from experience).

I somehow cut off the tip of my little finger in the hinge of the bathroom door when I was a kid, it was one of those moments when I didn't feel any of the pain until after I pulled my hand back and saw the blood dripping everywhere. Then it was very bad, but at least they were able to fix it. Though, I'm in lesser, but constant pain for the past many years due to a carpal instability in my wrist, and over time that has really worn me down and might actually be worse despite having adjusted to it being normal.

3rd degree sunburn over my entire body. Blisters everywhere. Now that was the worse pain in my entire life and it was constant pain for 3 days.

Waking up to find that a gland in my neck had swollen up (just below the ear, behind the chin/cheek bit), forming a massive lump, which made it difficult to turn my head, due to the excruciating pain that I felt every time I moved in the neck/head area, which lasted a number of days, and that I have had twice now.
Probably nowhere near as bad as the things that have been mention, sorry.

Burning the roof of my mouth with my first cup of coffee.

Personally it hurt more then when I fell off a roof, landed on my elbow, and it...

So yeah. Damn coffee.

Sounds like a dental abscess, it's one of the most painful afflictions of the mouth there is (second to dry socket). Even if not, any jaw pain and your first stop should be a dentist - whether tooth related or not, dentists know the mouth/jaw better than doctors and even if the pain was something like TMJ or trigeminal neuralgia, they can help.

The time I got a Charlie Horse a few weeks ago. Imagine your leg siezing up for five minutes, and it seizes up so bad you can't move your leg for the entire time.

In a particularly bad time in my life being diagnosed with clinical depression, to this day it still surprises me how painful that period was.

Apart from that I've had some hangovers that beggar'd belief.

I'd have to say, it would probably be dealing with all the repeat threads.

Fell off of a ladder while painting a house and slammed into the edge of a window well with my ribs as I fell in. Fractured two ribs and got some nasty bruises. I couldn't breathe without pain for days.

Edit: Oh yeah, and the fall sliced up my fingers pretty bad.

Probably getting my finger sliced open by an ax following an argument over said ax. It actually wasn't as painful as you'd think, though. It probably would've been topped by stitches if I'd needed any. (I got an adhesive bandage and a splint on it fast enough to avoid that.)

My intestine almost exploding. This pain lasted for about 6 months, imagine a pain on your stomach so bad you can't move and the only "cure" was putting a pillow on your stomach and just folding yourself over it. Thank god I had it operated on, Crohn's disease is a *****.
Edit:Forgot to mention it was usually 10minutes after eating, lasted for about 10 minutes and usually happened around 20 times a day.

Recently, I closed a taxi tab door and caught my index in it. And then the taxi took off. I still have my finger and it hurt like hell, enough for me to decide to grab a bowl of snow and cool it down. The worst part though was the pain in my stomach cause of the shock.

I broke my pinky toe playing football and also had a huge rock hit my head, there was blood everywhere, lol. Almost passed out because of the pain.
