Eh I usually stay away from strange foods...the wierdest I've eaten would be pig and lamb intestines. Didn't like them but they weren't as bad as one would expect. Lamb intestines and meat really, really stinks though.

I've had alligator before, and fried calamari. I didn't like alligator, but I thought the calamari was okay.

Emu egg omlette. One of my favorite things (which isn't really weird) is homemade lavender syrup from France. Wow. Just, wow, it was good over ice cream.

Sea Urchin and Rattle snake are probably the oddest foods. Rattle Snake is actually really good, Sea Urchin is like eating a big booger, I almost couldn't eat it.

The Publix near me sells some weird crap, so I've managed to get shark and swordfish. Shark's chewy, swordfish is a hastle to cook. Plenty of Italian restaurants near me so calamari is normal for me. Sometimes, I'll have some interesting sushi, like uni (sea urchin) or jellyfish. Oh, and salmon marinated in maple syrup and garlic.

Some restaurant I went to in Memphis had shark bites as a menu item.

Oh, and crawdads. They look like shrimp dipped in red paint.
