Space Station 13 or a not to well known roguelike called Xenocide, both are equally obscure by the factor that only a few hundred play them, they are also extremely fun.

DJMAX Trilogy
Because music games from Korea seem to be really really good (and they are REALLY REALLY good)

Evo Adventures (not sure about the adventures part) is mine. It was about this little robot dog that ran on batteries. It was on PS1 if someone else knows what I am talking about please respond.

Kameo: Elements of Power for the 360. I don't know if it's obscure but I've never heard anyone even mention it once on this site.

I have Yahtzee's games too. I love them. I beat them all in one shot last summer with a cousin of mine. They should make some sort of HD remake and put those games on Xbox Live and Psn man...

Also, splatter-master. Google it.

It's probably R.U.S.E. I don't know many people who have it. I don't really have any really obscure games.

I don't know if I own anything obscure anymore, but as a kid I used to play the official text based game for The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. All I remember was that I was supposed to gather lint and getting out of the house before it was bulldozed could be difficult.

I also used to have all three of the Journeyman Project games. The first two weren't obscure. I'm not sure if the last one didn't get the publicity it needed to be successful and was therefore obscure, or if it was just bad and that's why I never heard much about it. I never could get it to work on the computers I owned when I still knew where it was, so I don't know what its quality was.

I don't know about MOST obscure, so I'll just throw out some titles that I find obscure.

For the N64: Tetrisphere and Aero Gauge

For the Cube: P.N.03 (Not really all that obscure, but I'm sure most of us have forgotten it existed.)

For the PS1: Battle Hunter, Jet Moto 3, and Speedball 2100

For the PS2: Defender, Future Tactics: The Uprising, and La Pucelle: Tactics

And then I've got a Sega Game Gear so I've also got a pretty obscure system/handheld.
