The most original game you have ever seen

For me it is tough I am more of a retro gamer and I look back on the past, not to say that I do not play new games It is just I do not go out of my way to get them. For a long time I Have searched high and low for a game that had an interesting story and plat and though their are some it is just difficult to find them. When I can say what is going happen in a horror game before it happens I get a bit mad for I wasted cash. The same can be said of RPGs and any other type of game.


All I am asking is their one person how can give me an enlightening game that's fun and has a good story that draws you in, a game that you can not guess what's going to happen Five minuets in.


Though maybe it is because I am a fan I think the most impressive and original game of the time was legend of the dragoon that is just me.

I can't say much for many original games... I'd say the first few Oddworlds for their story, it was the first time I'd seen a dystopia done like that!

Zeno Clash is an awesome game, set in an even more awesome world, would be sweet to see some more games set there.

Hard question, based on story and gameplay I would have to say Pong.

An epic battle between two opposing forces to see who can shoot a ball past the other without having the ball shot past themselves. Truely a classic and a origional.

Hidden: Source, it's a mod where one player plays as an almost completely invisible test subject armed with only a knife, a couple of pipe bombs and the ability to leap huge distances and the other 9 players are a highly equiped elite task force dispatched to dispose of the hidden.

Much fun to be had.

I am glad a few good games popped up here, I used to think I found all the new exciting games and classics there were only to be shown that I was dead wrong. this worked out better than I hoped and I thank you all for your input... Except the guy who put Darksiders... Really dude.
