Well, in counterstrike source the most OP weapon was the Auto-Sniper. There were 2 varients, one for each team, and banned from almost ALL servers. The AWP is banned on a good percentage of servers and probably does more damage per hit, but the ability to kill in 1-2 hits and not have to aim well due to the speed of shooting made the Auto-snipers too powerful.
Also, sephiroth's move is pretty OP.. to look at, don't think it does that much damage, but it blows up the entire solar system!
