Overpowered? The Karach blade. If your will is great enough it can destroy the universe.
*clears throat* You do know that the Karach is just some chaos matter from Limbo right? So with enough high enough wisdom you could just shape an entire plane of existence into what ever the fuck you wanted it to be.

Well we've had plenty of planet destroying lasers before. To top that we'd need like a galaxy destroyer or something.

I am disappoint.

Alternatively, from Red Alert 3 Uprising, I bring you the Harbinger Gunship:

It only flies around shooting mini Proton Collider Bombs at anything unfortunate enough to be in the blast radius. But sometimes that's not practical, so it's also packing a 25mm chaingun. Ouch. And it never has to land to reload or refuel, so it can just circle your base and blow it to smithereens. And it's pretty resilient too, so you'd better have a lot of anti-air if you want to survive.

AA-12, Firing HE rounds.
Ouch.
As far as real weapons go, I think you just won.

If not, I would say Ender Wiggin's brain. To quote Ender's Game: "Ender, if you're on one side of a battle, it'll never be a fair fight no matter what."
It's Bean's brain that scares me more. Ender may have the charisma, but he doesn't have half the intelligence Bean has.
I'm going to go ahead and raise that to either of them with a Dr. Device.

It probably doesn't qualify as a weapon, but on one episode of Malcolm in the Middle they set off a firework that turned night into day for, like, 30 seconds. That could be quite painful.

I take the Apocalypse Class Battleship. Takes about 100,000 crew members, over 4km long and with a 2 km berth. It's primary armament is its Nova Cannon, which is effectively a gun that shoots suns.

It's going to look pretty ridiculous once you realise you can't feed those personnel for more than a week. You could get the same sort of overpower by using a spacecraft with far less personnel and a relativistic weapon.
Why cant you feed them over a week?

You know, today's submarines are packed with people, and can go out on missions longer than 1 week...I find it hard to believe that a ship in the 42th millenium that can take weeks to warp from one part of the galaxy to another can't sustain it's crew for more than a week.
4Km is pretty big, considering there are "only" 100,000 hundred people to maintain.

OT:Darth Vader. He only lost to Luke because he felt like a crappy dad and let him win. Then he tried to see for how long he could hold his breath, but Luke thought he died and cremated him. This only made Vader evolve into a superior spirit being.
Also, what good it a supersonic roundhouse kick when Vader can just force strangle you from the other side of the planet?

Seriously, this suit is a walking weapon. It can pretty much download every tech available that it finds and use it. Regenerating shields and missles. A great morphball to avoid enemies with stealth. Grapple beam. Tons of weapons.
Hey, hey, don't underestimate what's in the suit as well, man (and personally, I'd rather have that ^_^)

OT: The One Ring... actually, was it that much of a big deal??

Seriously though (sic), the Heart of Gold. Try getting around the Infinite Improbability Drive! BAM!

That's what all the personnel are for.

Given that the thing would be constrained by the laws of physics in any sensible universe, meaning enormously powerful engines and a hell of a lot of reaction mass, that doesn't leave much room for the personnel. This is just one of the many things addressed by Atomic Rockets in the quest to figure out realistic designs for spacecraft. [http://www.projectrho.com/rocket/crew.php] Given that automation should have taken place to a large extent by the 42nd millenium, even if there were wars to hold things back, 100,000 people just seems like a profligate waste.
Much as I like the models I have to agree in a way, most of the actual detail of the 40k universe I find to be a pile of retarded crap. Also, the accepted figure is 7-7.5 km long.

Also I find arguing about which completely made up thing could beat up which other completely made up thing a little pointless, hence I will be limiting my participation in this thread to pointing out minor mistakes in detail and laughing at people who try to look clever by pointing out how completely fictional things won't work.
