For me it's Babylon 5, no contest. I watch the whole series about once every two years. I think it's mainly because, unlike other sci-fi shows, it's got absolutely everything - action, politics, romance, drama, life & death, spirituality. You pick up on something different each time. Oh, and it's probably the best show ever made.

Whatever, just wash your hands.
MLP FIM, family guy (somewhat), american dad, seasons 2-.... something in the simpsons. There are others but I'm getting sick and not brain working right.

For me it would be shows that were designed for syndication -- you know, they go on forever and have very little overarching plot, so you can just pick up a random episode and watch it whenever.

Good examples of this are:

Star Trek (particularly TNG)
Hercules: The Legendary Journeys
Xena: Warrior Princess
Stargate SG-1
Heck, let's just list every sci-fi and fantasy show from the late 80's to the early 2000's.

There's a reason re-runs made up most of a TV station's daily airtime before reality TV came along. People will re-watch shows that were designed this way for eternity, given a lack of anything better to do than watch TV. Heck, the major kids' TV networks still work on this principle.

Probably Frasier. I own the entire series, and I have lost count how many times I've seen each episode. Second to that, it's an equal tie between HIMYM, Scrubs, American Dad, Family Guy and The Simpsons.

All comedies. Huh.
that plus big bang theory, friends, modern family, king of the hill....
No wonder I have no time to do much of anything.

It's got to be Green Wing for me. I have both seasons on dvd and their great to go back to every year or so when I've half forgotten the jokes and will laugh my head off again.

I think firends deserves a honorary mention for when it was on constant loop on e4. It was just there and so easily watchable.
