Because the Necron God told them too i think. You know the one the emperor trapped underneath Mars the the tech priests worship as the machine spirit.Disaster Button said:Oh shit I know what techy ones you mean too, was it Snotlings?
And no, the Old Ones did create the Orks, they were primative back then but they expanded and bcame what they are today. They created them as an intelligent battle race to fight the Necrons before the Eldar but they didn't work out exactly as they planned.
Besides why would the Necrons create any more life, especially one as reproductive and savage as the Orks. It's their sole purpose to destroy all life.
Wow I have no idea what you said but, if it works for you then go for it. One of us has to be right..EMFCRACKSHOT said:Because the Necron God told them too i think. Wait, i think i have myself confused. All of a sudden i remember being told it was the Orks who made the necrons and they are all that remains of the old ones. You know how the whole reason red ones go faster because an ork thinks red ones go faster, and their guns work because they think it will work. This being all that remains of their old power.
Damn you for confusing me
I will now wade into this: i you look it up the necrons evolved on a planet near a radioactive star that fried them realy quickly, they became an impatiant race with short lives. they sent out ships full of cryo-frozen necrons to find new homes, thus they met the old ones. the old ones being longlived and patient attempted to help the necrons but were seen as patronising. over time the necrons grew bitter and declared warr on the old ones who used webway portals to out manuver them at every turn. the necrons the disscovered that a lifeform of huge power was feeding off of the radioactive star and eventualy managed to bring it into physical form. after bringing the nightbringer to life as it were they found the deciver who gave them a way to live forever: by becoming living metal war machines to deffeat their deformites and short lives. the old ones were faced by a threat they couldn't beat andthus made the eldar, who fought the war in hevan with the necrons and won, but the old one created the orcs as well in an experiment gone wrong sort of thing to make a race that was like themselves yet more numerous. and thus the creation of the orcsEMFCRACKSHOT said:Because the Necron God told them too i think. I thank you for clearing that up. I was really starting to confuse myselfthepj said:snip
no and besides I'm sure the starcraft team thought of it first but then accidentally leaked it to warhammer. If I believe it, it must be true. (I hereby withdraw from this conversation due to lack of interest)McCa said:So essentially wrong but you don't admit it and use "logic" was it? Oddly enough your logic isn't well... logical. But your entitled to thinkcabooze said:I like starcraft better and anything that I like better is the original/most innovative game (don't try to understand my logic) and besides zerg are more awesome anyway sooooooo...McCa said:EDUCATION FAIL!cabooze said:Zerg (tyranids are rip offs in my eyes so they don't count) they take over planets and devour the natural life forms so they can reproduce them as genetically enhanced fighting machines...and also there are only a small tribe of alien warriors that can actually destroy the zerg leader (a giant biological mass called "the overmind" who commands all zerg and makes them evolve) and even if they do destroy the overmind, some of the lower commanders (smaller biological masses called "cerebrates" who command the divisions of the zerg force) can reform themselves into a new overmind.
and let's not forget that a single hive cluster (where the zerg are spawned from) managed too destroy 3 armies of terrans (humans) and protoss (aliens) due to the incredible reproductive abilities of zerg. a hive cluster spawns up to 3 larvae that can evolve into any of the zerg life forms, and if they are spawned into zerglings (standard zerg attack unit, equal to a fully geared marine) a single larvae produces 2 zerglings.
Tyranids where around BEFORE the Zerg as such how can Tyranids be rip off's is anything, they are based on Xenomorphs then expended.
they are more awesome, so I wont argue that but Tyrinids where around BEFORE the zergs and 'nids them selves are loosely based on the xenomorphs.
