I have an electronic picture frame.

Basically what you do is transfer images from your computer to it and when you plug it in the picture in the frame transitions between the images every few seconds.

What waste of money. I mean sure, it does look nice, it does save space when you want to show physical pictures and it does make you somewhat fancy...

But seriously, are there any practical uses to it?

What pieces of technology do you have that are completely useless?

I don't think it gets much more useless than that.

Either my Digital camera or my Android phone.
Yes I do use them but I rarely take photos with my camera and I only do abit of texting and calling with my mobile (and playing games on it on my work break) but I am not fully utalizing both of them to their full uses.

Went and bought a damn $800 dollar camcorder when I went through this "I'M GOING TO MAKE VIDEEOS AND GET FAMOUS ON THE UTUBES" phase. Now it sits gathering dust, sometimes I use it to record a guitar cover but other than that a complete waste of money. It is nice though.

There are three watches on my desk. All of them no longer work. They serve no purpose. Why are they even here. I should eat them.

I don't have one of these, but it's the most useless machine ever:

It's literally a box that immediately switches itself off once switched on. :p

My electric frying pan! The thing barely gets hot enough to cook eggs!

portable air conditioner

sounds awesome, too bad it only works in the desert. If you are someplace hot with a humidity over 30% all it is is a fan, and a crappy one at that.

I own a Virtual Boy. A console that has about 8 games and induces migraines within 2 minutes of playing it.

It may be tied for my hand boiler toy for useless tech.

Yeah, I have one. At full blast it maybe reduces the temperature of my room by about 5 degrees. It's enough to take the edge off and it blows around cold air. But the second you turn the thing off you can feel yourself sweating.

i bought a tablet worth 200 bucks so i could save using paper and killing the beloved tree's when i tried to learn how to draw . . .yah...i still cant draw AND the tablet is really weird, i just cant get used to looking at the computer screen while drawning on digital paper on the desk, its freaky lol

what i really need is those light up desk giant "tablet" like things, THEN i could learn how to draw :) withought killing tree's ...those are incredibly expensive though. * sigh *

Fancy tablets do not help you learn to draw. Practice does. Tablet =/= learning :/ Best thing really is to draw from life, which, yes, tends to kill trees because you'll be sitting out in the middle of wherever so you can draw people, buildings, trees, etc. If you like, there's always recycled paper, and if you don't ever feel like keeping the drawing, you can recycle it again! Yay!

OT: All the technologomies I own have some use. Even my floppy disks. They're storing some shit until I'm able to find a computer that has a floppy drive so I can back them up to a flashdrive or something >>;

I have an AC/DC converter for an electronic device. I just don't know what it goes to. I'm hoping I find something without a power cord someday and it has a purpose again but for now its pointless.

My drawing tablet. Sigh.

I bought it to get better at art, and I've barely used it.

Someone more deserving could use it but i dont know.
