I tried watching it on the flight to New Zealand and had to turn it off. It was basically an irritating collection of noise, shouting and not-so-fantastic explosions. The parents were irritating as hell and I still wish poor health and misfortune on Shia whatshisname.

When a film has a captive audience in a pressurised metal tube miles above the Indian Ocean and still can't hold attention, it fails!

"Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star" with David Spade, paid $7 to rent this back in the day and fell asleep watching it, and "King Kong" 3hrs in (not really just guessing, but a really long time into the movie) there was still no monkey.

Superman 3, and to a lesser extent Superman 4. I got about half an hour through, then stopped and went and did something more meaningful with my time, like watching grass grow. I eventually forced myself to watch them, and they were just as bad as I thought it would be.

For starters, they drafted in Richard Pryor (who I never heard of before this movie), I think he was there mainly to provide comedy when it was due, except they forgot to write the comedy into the script. Also I don't really think you could associate the Superman franchise with comedy, at least not very well as Richard Pryor demonstrated.

But the one thing that I hated most about the 3rd installment was the split personality thing between Clarke Kent and Superman, when they become two different people. I just didn't see the point of it (if you do know what the point of it was, feel free to tell me) and then there was the scene with Superman in the bar knocking back whiskey. At that point, I knew that the movie was most definetely dead and buried. Not that I needed further convincing.

I can't be arsed to talk about Superman 4, but suffice to say, I think its a tiny bit better than the third, mainly due to the fact that Lex Luthor was back, and not some generic 'evil because he has money' guy.

Rocky, the original one. I know it's supposed to be a classic, but you have to be interested in the character of Rocky for the film to have any value, and I just couldn't get into the guy from minute one. He's a big, dumb galoot who sneers all the time. What's to like? What's inspiring? I couldn't even take the underdog storyline seriously because Stallone is just so ripped in the movie, it's impossible to suspend disbelief that far. I can't believe there's actually a statue of Rocky atop the Philadelphia courthouse steps (or someplace 'iconic' like that).

I lasted an half an hour in Dragonball Evolution. Actually I'm not sure. Up to the part were "Goku" and "What's-her-tits" went to visit old man Roshi. They ruined the casting.

Also a canadian low budget film called Zombie Nights. I usually don't pick apart films but it had SO MANY flaws. agh.
