I've never walked out of a cinema, but I have turned off movies b/c they were so bad I couldn't stand it. Speed Racer is the most recent example.

I fell asleep during transformers 2 if that counts. I normally don't fall asleep at movies, but this movie was so bad and boring.

I don't see why Twilight was as all bad as that, admitadly I'm not as fan of it as the next guy but I don't get the irrational hatred put towards it, I think its a jealousy thing with girls swooning for some unexplained reason over Robert Patterson or that unlikable bloke that plays Jacob, old "Bloody-Whats-His-Name".
To be perfectly honest, I am a bit of a fan, in sort of a weird ironic way, but I think you're absolutely right here.

OT, there are a few... Recently, I couldn't get through Cloverfield (it gave me a headache), Year One (for obvious reasons) or Inglourious Basterds (I really dislike Tarantino).

Dragonball Evolution. I wanted to watch it so I could complain about it properly (especially when people say "have you actually seen it".) but unfortunately the stream I was watching got cut. Never been so happy in my life.

If only the transformers 2 stream had died :(

The Fourth Kind was so bad that I walked out after about 15 minutes. I should've demanded my money back.

I spend a lot of time at the movie theatre so naturally when I sit in the theatre I have to watch from beginning to end and usually I have a knack for telling which ones I want to watch and which ones will stink to high heaven.

That said when I rent DVDs I still feel obligated to watch them all the way through and often I rent really strange and obscure movies and while sometimes I'm blessed with great cinematic masterpieces sometimes I'll watch something so vile and so awful that I feel like I'm being punished and no movie was worse than the following two candiadates for worst film of all time....

First candidate:

Jack Frost:
A cheap lousy movie about a killer snowman birthed from the soul of a serial killer randomly killing people. It's plagued by awful acting, an inconsistant script, terrible chessiness, awful special effects, the fact that the film is meant to be set in winter but had to be shot on a beautiful summer's day and the ultimate in awfulness.... a snowman rape scene.
The very fact that I just had to use the words 'snowman rape scene' out to be some kind of indication as to what kind of movie we are looking at here. I managed to watch it all the way through but barely and I kept begging it to end because I really couldn't take it anymore.

Second candidate:

A dirty shame:
An entirely sex based comedy starring Johnny Knoxville, this movie is nothing but an endless plotless exploitation of endless crude jokes with no rhyme or reason and with all the elequence and sophistication of a drunk fratboy with his pants off molesting an Ostrich. It just brought on endless unfunny jokes and poorly constructed referances to social order that just filled me with contempt. I actually stopped watching after one particularly nasty scene in a blur of anger and I pulled it out, shoved it back into its box and hurled it into a dark bag in a fit of rage and the very first thing I did was send it back to the store and let me tell you I think they were about as pleased to see its return as I was to see it in my house. We both mutually hated this movie.

So, which of the two is worse? It's a toss up.

Taylor Lautner. He was also Sharkboy in 'The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl'. Anyway, I liked the Twilight films, I liked the books, I hate Edward Cullen and I hate the screaming fangirls who give us proper fans (those who can see past the flaws and still like something) a really bad name. That sums up my view on Twilight.

Anyway, getting back on topic. I couldn't sit through Apocalypse Now. Flame me all you want, but I read the novella it was partially based on (Heart Of Darkness) and loved that, but when I watched Apocalypse Now it was in an optional after-school supplementary class for the course where we were reading Heart of Darkness. I sat through the first class to see the film, never bothered turning up to the second. We watched the Redux version, you see, so it had to be split over two classes, and I never bothered going to the second showing because I just couldn't take any more. I have no doubt it's a good film, but watching that version, it was just excessivley long and I couldn't really get into it.
You arn't the only one, I totally didn't get it, I watched the Redux version, thought it was meh...

My friend would've hated you.
Although I do agree, he is not too good, I couldn't stand Kill Bill.

It's the fact that it is overrated as hell (even won a Fucking MTV movie awards). Also, it really is a horrible story, it's not even the problem of the film as much as the fact that Stephanie Meyer's writing is abysmal.
She comes up with the least likeable characters (referring to Bella, of course, what a shallow whore).

Like I said before Bella IS Stephanie Meyer. Which is why everybody rushed to be her friend on the first day of school and why two different totally dreamy and special and wonderful guys fall in love with her.

Faster Pussycat, Kill! Kill! Russ Myer made some terrible movies, but this was probably the worst. There was not a single character one could sympathize with, and not a one of them was even likable. This was quite possibly the worst movie I have ever tried to watch, mind you I was getting paid to watch it, and I couldn't finish it, that's how bad it was.

Also, yeah, Epic Movie, I think I got about halfway... through the first scene.

epic movie.... Just he absolutely worst, most unwatchable peice of garbage I have ever had the displeasure of renting.
This, just...this.

Had the displeasure of seeing it at the cinema with 4 friends, unfortunately we turned up late so had to all sit seperately which prevented us checking that we all thought it was shit.

Also, 'O brother where art thou', worst Coen Brother film in my opinion, just could not sit through it.

But she is so shallow, manipulative and yet absolutely useless without "Edwaaaard"

Both AVP films.
Nacho Libre.
Phantom Menace.
3rd Matrix movie.
Walked out of the cinema for the last three. Losing the entrance fee was much better than losing my mind watching that crap!
