Here's another pretty hard one. It's pre 2000. At the beginning of the game you can pick up someone's limb and start beating that person with it.

It's not a Terminator game The game really was immensely innovative at the time. Notice how the main character has blood on him after taking the damage. That's still not something you see a lot these days. I'll wait some time before posting more information to give the old school players a time to guess.

In point of fact, that might even be the MMO, Imagine. Never mind, Imagine is on the PC, that's clearly an Xbox game.
